1. March 16, 2008: Trust in Self; Facing deep memories; There are gifts of wisdom and light to be gained from every experience; Love yourself without limits; Trust in the magnificence and beauty and ultimate love of all that you are:

Amara: Beloved Kuthumi, what would you most have me know in this Now moment, in this time of profound choice for me?

I would ask you to trust yourself. I know you have issues with trusting your ability to receive, and I would ask you in all sincerity to let go of your doubts and allow all that you are. No one can do this for you, Beloved - only you can make the choice to open more and more ongoing, choosing it again and again on many levels within yourself, calling for it with all intention within your beingness until you create it through sheer persistence and demonstration of the truth of your desire.

You have some memories that will be challenging to face, if your perspective of Divinity is not firmly grounded within you. Yet when you are ready, facing these memories and surmounting the fear that currently prevents you from accessing this area of your soul memory will be not only possible, but the grand next step of freeing yourself from a major impediment to your desired progress. Ask deeply within yourself whether you are ready, and give yourself time for the process to occur when you are unencumbered by other responsibilities. You may choose when to approach these issues within you, and I suggest you do just that.

Find a time that resonates within you for deep work, and ask deeply within your I AM* to be shown those memories that are held in the deepest recesses of your soul. Open your heart and soul and deeply request to heal these issues, in the moment of your readiness - and you shall do it. Face any fears with boldness and courage, and treat yourself with the utmost love. Remember to embrace your Earth Self in the process, for she will need your conscious, unconditional embrace.

Yet know, Beloved, that even though I paint a picture that you may consider dire or dark, it is only dark when held or considered in separation, and there are gifts of wisdom and light to be gained from every experience. When you have successfully faced and healed these issues within you, you will be amazed at how much you will open to more conscious communion with all of us in the Light Realms. Your fear of what you might encounter within yourself, should you open completely, has kept you from being able to receive freely from us, as we so deeply wish to share with you.

Truly you are loved beyond measure, Beloved, and it is a desire deeply held by many of us here for you to return in the triumph of Homecoming - and this you will do, Beloved, by truly turning the intensity of your pure desire to love without limits, upon your own healing within. Love yourself without limits, Beloved, no matter what you discover within the recesses of lives long past. It is all sacred, all Divine - and it is all you and your profoundly purposeful journey into the depths of love so that you will emerge with depths of wisdom and commitment to truth that you could have gained in no other way. This is the profound gift of life in physicalized incarnation on Earth, Beloved. Are you ready to experience these depths, Beloved?

Know that you are loved immensely and that we all walk with you now in great support of all of your choices. This is not hyperbole, Beloved--it is absolute truth in expressing our love for you. Trust this support, and call on us anytime you so desire, and we are with you within a beat of your heart. Ask for what you need and desire, and above all, trust in the magnificence and beauty and ultimate love of all that you are. Discover yourself, see what we see, and you will amaze yourself. We all anticipate with great joy your experience of this profound self-discovery and self-embrace. We long for your return as much as you do, Beloved - so come. When your timing resonates within you and you are ready, come Home to share the grace of your being with us again.

* "Your I AM" may also be understood as the God-Self within, who dwells within the heart center as the core of our being. Some have called this Divine Beingness within Self, the "Higher" Self. However, the Ancients have offered the following clarification:

We ask you to trust the I AM of your Being - what you may know as your "Higher Self"; but we will tell you also, Beloved, in truth, your I AM is exactly who you are, and so the concept of "higher" and "lower" Self is a concept in separation. We ask you to think of this Divine aspect of your being as simply your God-Self, without separating with any thought of comparison with where you are now.

Your God-Self includes all that you are. It includes who you believe yourself to be and who you experience yourself to be, in this moment, exactly as you are. You are all that your I AM is, even though you do not yet experience that within yourself. We ask you to simply go into your heart, Beloved. Meditate there. Ask for truth from within your own being, in alignment with love, in alignment with the truth of God's love that is the foundation of Oneness within All That Is, and you will bring yourself into more experience of your own God-Self. May 26, 2009: Continue in your embrace of every experience; If you falter and return to old habit patterns, simply return; You are weaving light into the fabric of your life; Make more choices ongoing to breathe deeply; Impatience is a function of doubt; Release these old thoughts; Return to peace that is mirrored by your I AM; Any judgment simply delays your progress; Allow the blossoming into beauty of more love, more focus, more intention--more joy:

We ask you to continue, Beloved, celebrating the uniqueness of your pathway, celebrating every step you take, no matter how it comes forth to you. This is so important upon your pathway, Beloved. I cannot urge you strongly enough to continue in your embrace of every experience. Even when you do not initially understand it, ask again and again of your I AM. Hold faith and trust with the I AM of your Being, again and again, Beloved; and if you falter, even momentarily, and return to old habit patterns--which is part of your process, Beloved--simply return again. Return again to contemplate the truth that lies within you. Feel it as your truth. Embrace it, and utilize it to bring yourself to higher awareness.

Allow yourself to experience the greatest love from within yourself for yourself, and you will find that love mirrored to you from all of us who love you immensely, Beloved. Indeed, you will find it also mirrored to yourself through the limitless love of our own Creator, who rejoices to see you bringing yourself back into balance, back into love, into truth, and into the light of your own being.

You are magnetizing to yourself powerful experiences, Beloved. These will unfold to you in the perfect timing that your I AM determines, moment by moment, according to your powerful ongoing choices, and so it is always in dynamic flow, Beloved. It is not predetermined, as you might imagine, although in your understanding, what you could consider the outlines of your pathway are painted with bold strokes; and yet there is a fluid nature to it, Beloved, that partakes of the unknown and allows you limitless space, so to speak, for the uniqueness of your choices, which determine the unfolding fabric that you are weaving of your own life, through every choice you make. Now more and more, Beloved, you are weaving light into the fabric of your very life.

Continue breathing deeply, Beloved. Make more choices in your life ongoing to breathe deeply, and this will assist you. Remember it more, Beloved, yet also remember never to judge yourself for any choice you make, for anything you do, including any lapses in remembrance of breathing deeply. I urge you always to Divine understanding and compassion for that which you are, Beloved, and especially, together with your Earth Self*, I ask you to remember that you have been in separation for eon upon eon upon eon. Do not ever judge yourself for falling back into behaviors that have been so ingrained in you for millennia. It is all part of the miraculous process, Beloved, and you can choose to breathe more deeply ongoing, and you can choose to love yourself even when you forget to take the deeper breaths that will assist you.

Everything is perfect, Beloved. Remember that when you slide into unconsciousness and return to habitual behaviors, including unconscious breathing, this experience has also been brought to you by your I AM, so that you could become more aware of it. In each day, each moment that you choose awareness, you are empowering yourself more and more, as intended by your I AM; but you determine the speed at which you progress upon your pathway.

As I speak of speed, Beloved, I ask you especially to be cautious of any judgment that relates to impatience. Remember that impatience is a function of doubt, expressed through a fear that you are somehow not doing well enough. Release these old thoughts and habit patterns, Beloved. Return to peace within yourself, the peace that is mirrored by your I AM. Be in peace and trust that every experience and opportunity, no matter how small, is orchestrated by your I AM, and that you may choose in any Now moment to avail yourself more consciously of every opportunity that is available. When you judge yourself, Beloved, even in the most minute way, you hamper your own ability to take advantage of your opportunities. There is nothing right or wrong in this; it is simply what happens, and so through any judgment of yourself, Beloved, no matter how minor, you simply delay your awakening. That, too, is a choice in every moment. That, too, is loved and embraced, through your I AM, through all of us and through our Creator, for we all work together with you, in every moment.

Beloved One, I ask you not to festoon your heart with the cobwebs of outmoded beliefs and choices within you. I urge you to a clean sweep, Beloved. I urge you to newness of expression and choice that will continue your pathway, and that will propel you to your next quantum leaps.

I ask you to hold your faith and to allow the blossoming into beauty of more and more love, more focus, more intention--more joy, Beloved, as you align on your right and true pathway and create more ecstasy for yourself to experience through your loving choices.

So Be It, Beloved. So Be It, indeed.

* The Earth Self, also known as the separated aspect of Self or the Ego-self, is an aspect of Self within each of us which often expresses in separation, in doubt, fear, anger, judgment, victim-consciousness, etc. Many spiritual traditions suggest the suppression or even the annihilation of the Ego-Self, yet if we devalue, judge and suppress any part of ourselves, how then can we be whole? How is this a choice for love, for Oneness and Unity? In truth, everything is God. This aspect of our being is also a part of God, a part of our own Divinity, and it serves a profound Divine purpose within us of creating catalysts for learning the wisdom we have come to the Earth plane to gather for ourselves. Through our own loving embrace and understanding, the Earth Self is fully capable of rising into its inherent Divinity and embracing the principles of Oneness.

Through unconditional love for and within Self, the Divine aspect and the Earth Self aspect may unite in Sacred Union within the Self and create the major initial step toward Enlightenment and Conscious Oneness with the Creator and All That Is. According to the teachings of the Ancients and the Ascended Masters, this Sacred Union within Self is the first true stage of Enlightenment and is a doorway into the return Home to the Creator and the Light Realms, to Divinity Realized and to even deeper stages of Oneness that represent quantum leaps of evolutionary advancement. This Union within Self is also the gateway into ongoing ecstasy beyond description and vastly expanded love leading ultimately to truly Cosmic consciousness.

3. September 20, 2009: Clown energy; Creating laughter within Oneness is communing with the joy within the heart of God:

Knowing that I was communing with Kuthumi from time to time, a friend asked me if it were true that Kuthumi sometimes appears as a clown, and if so, why he chose to do this.

Indeed, Beloved, I will tell you that I appear within the energy of the clown from time to time, according to the need for levity. So many in humanity, Beloved, are feeling caught within their separated experiences and therefore find themselves within a cycle of negative energy, of depressed thoughts, of sadness, of grief, of fear or other separations. This, of course, is no surprise to you, Beloved. Sometimes I find that working through the energy of a clown allows people to relax into more of an attitude of fun. It allows them to let go of some of their focus on negativity and separation, and to become more closely attuned with their own sense of joy, laughter, fun.

Indeed, Beloved, it is important to learn to laugh at oneself, also--of course, within the profound energy of love that you are now understanding is so important for your pathways - and I am speaking now of the pathways of all of humanity. The vast majority of humanity has lost contact with joy. They have lost contact with the innocence of their childhoods, the innocence of the true nature of their being, the innocence of the true nature of their spirit essence. The energy of the clown, Beloved, encourages a lightness of being that approaches a return to innocence. It may create a break, an interruption in the flow of energy that many people focus upon, which is of lower vibration and therefore holds the energy of a downward flow.

I come as a clown, Beloved, for the uplifting flow of energy that may sometimes create enough upwardly trending energy that it may allow a being who is entrenched in separated energy to experience a glimpse of the Oneness and beauty of their true nature, even if it is just for a moment of true laughter. Rather than a single moment of humor, for instance, through a joke, which in your culture is often portrayed at the expense of another, an interaction with a clown gives a more extensive opportunity for humor, for letting go of the focus on whatever it is that is causing separation, and attuning with the higher energies of laughter, of fun, of joy, lightness of being. Creating laughter within Oneness is communing with the joy within the heart of God.

It is important, Beloved, not to take the illusions of life quite so seriously. My participation as a clown often allows a breakthrough into freedom: freedom to feel joy, freedom to experience release from the worry and the tension that separation engenders. Remember that I am multifaceted, as is every Master. Appearing as a clown is, indeed, a focus within my being from time to time, and it is my great joy to play in that way.

I encourage you, Beloved, to find more ways to play, through your own uniqueness, within the seriousness with which you approach your pathway. You have received much guidance about being in your joy. Remember, Beloved, when you are embracing joy within you, you are sharing that joy, that lightness of being, with our Creator, and this is always deeply pleasing to Him*. I ask you to seek a stronger expression of your own joy more frequently as you pursue your pathway ongoing with so much passion. Allow your passion to express also within joy, within humor and laughter, even more than you do now.

Perhaps you might also experiment, Beloved, with the energies of clowning. Notice the response in people with whom you engage with this energy, and you may find that you will be drawn from time to time to gift yourself with the mirrors that return to you - mirrors of joy and delight, of openness, of pleasure, the sparkle in the eyes and the lightening of the auric field, that can bring, indeed, great sharing of joy between you, and of course, with your Creator as well. I ask you to make this a challenge for yourself, Beloved. Make this a personal edge for yourself, in whatever ways you feel drawn to express it. You may be surprised at what you discover.

Let this be sufficient for now, Beloved. I love you greatly, and I appreciate your willingness to be open. Embrace anything that comes into your pathway, Beloved. Judge it not, but use it, for a deeper experience of the vast variety of life experiences you may encounter in the richness of all of Creation. I thank you for your attention, Beloved, and I eagerly anticipate sharing with you your explorations of this richness of experience. So Be It.

* Kuthumi refers to the Creator, to Source in the masculine form for convenience and ease of communication, but he understands without question that God is a fully integrated Being, encompassing completely both masculine and feminine aspects of being. There is, of course, no separation within God, and so this Earth plane expression within our limited language that is steeped in our cultural belief in duality should not be interpreted to indicate any separation between gender expressions within the Divine Presence. Both masculine and feminine expressions within all of Creation are equally present, equally valued, equally loved and equally Divine.
