1. August 9, 2007: An "Army of Light"; Unconsciousness can be a manifestation of fear of your own power; Fear is not your enemy, simply an aspect of yourself to be loved; Nothing is your enemy - it is all God; Love everything with abandon; Love yourself outrageously; Identify what you want as a key to all manifestation:

Beloved Maitreya, I feel drawn to commune with you today. I wish to understand, to know more of who you are. I call forth to you in all honor, respect and love to share your beingness with me, to assist me to merge with you, with your vast energy fields and your vast capacity to love.

As I was meditating to begin this communion, I found myself thinking of "Dumbledore's Army," having just read the last book of the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. In an effort to confront the advances of the dark lord, Voldemort, students from Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, form an organization called "Dumbledore's Army," dedicated to fighting against great odds to support the forces of good against the forces of evil, personified by Lord Voldemort in the Harry Potter series. Even though I recognized that this concept of fighting a battle between the light and the darkness is in separation*, I found myself thinking of these courageous students as an "army of light." Maitreya was tuned in to my thoughts and responded as follows:

We are part of the "Army of Light," if you will, Beloved, but our "weapons" are love and intent, truth and valor stemming from the deepest sense of Oneness with All That Is. This "battle," so to speak, will be won heart by heart, loving action by loving action, choice by choice, so it is crucial for you to be aware of every choice you make, Beloved, not in any sense of judging yourself, but simply in awareness of what you wish to choose. Do you choose fear, or the doorway into love?

Know that unconsciousness can be a manifestation of fear as well - fear of your own power. The choice to remain unconscious, to choose not to see an area of darkness within yourself, is an outgrowth of fear, fear of becoming all that you are, all that you can be in your glorious expression of Enlightenment. And yet know that fear is not your enemy; it is simply an aspect of yourself that requires love and understanding to be brought into Oneness. Nothing is your enemy, Beloved - how could it be? It is all you; it is all in Oneness with who you are. It is all God.

Therefore love everything with abandon, Beloved - love freely, love passionately, love outrageously, love without limits. Love with abandon, knowing that all that you shower upon the Universe with your love is instantly returned to you through your eternal connectedness to your Source, to the Creator, and that all that you give will be not only be returned, but expanded unto you in great measure. The Creator is all-generous, Beloved, and the rewards for embracing the willingness to give with an open heart will astonish you. Let your heart be broken open, then; fling open the glorious gates of your heart center and expand unto forever - and you will receive beyond your wildest imaginings. Prepare to allow your receivership in the highest degree, Beloved. It is all coming to you rapidly now, through the power of your choice and the beauty of your intent, the purity of your desire.

Love yourself outrageously in all that you do, all that you feel, think and say. Love yourself in your totality, Beloved, and allow the limits you have believed as your truth to fall away as you rise, unfettered, into the absolute freedom of your being. As the totality of your being in the Light Realms, Beloved, you have absolute freedom to go anywhere, to do anything you desire. You have this freedom also on the Earth plane, but you do not yet believe it fully, and so you do not experience it as so. This is why we focus so strongly on encouraging you to identify what you want. This is a key to all manifestation, Beloved. We urge you to use it, to apply it every day so that you may demonstrate it to yourself as truth, now. You will need the power of your own belief as we move into the times of transition.

Give yourself the gift of preparation and participation, Beloved. Open your heart, ask for what you desire, and receive. It truly is that simple. Our Creator desires deeply to gift you with all you will allow, and by opening to a deeper allowing within you, your receivership will expand into immense giftedness beyond what you can currently conceive. Believe that this is so, Beloved, and create your own experience of the truth. Your trust will lead you Home to the deepest rewards possible, and then beyond, into that which has not yet even been created. It is your destiny to create forever unto eternity, Beloved, based on what you create in the Now. What do you choose, Beloved? How much can you choose to allow?

Let this be sufficient for the day, Beloved. I love you greatly. So Be It.

* "Separation"--or separated thoughts, beliefs and experiences--refers to experiences of fear, doubt, judgment, guilt or feelings of negativity of any kind that result from believing oneself to be separated from God and from All That Is, and therefore, feeling separated from and unable to access the unconditional love and embrace within which the Creator holds us in every moment. When Oneness is fully embraced in spiritual Mastery within one's being, all separation disappears, and so all fear, worry, resistance, victim-consciousness, loneliness, etc. dissolve and are replaced with love, trust and peace within.

2. October 5, 2008: You mirror to us our joy, for we all love God passionately; Unlock the portal to all remembrance; Love everything as you love your God.

At this time, I had been working in my meditations to establish deeper communions with the Creator, and I had been feeling a great deal of joy in my connection. When I communed with Maitreya, he shared this with me:

We thank you profoundly for the joy that you allow us to experience as you mirror to us more of that which we are also, for we all love God passionately. Of course, this expresses in varied ways among us, through the uniqueness of our beings, but every one of us exists in profound love of God-- within, around and as our own beings.

We encourage you to continue your blessed communions with the Creator. Every time you commune with Him* in any way, you increase your own light. This is true unto forever, Beloved, and so your light shall increase unto the limitless.

You are already the limitless light of Christ. You have only to allow it more, to receive it as your truth, and you shall become more of that which you are. This is a mystery I ask you to allow to unfold within your heart. You are this profound light and love already, Beloved, but it is not enough for you to understand this through your mind. Through your receiving and your allowance of all of your receiving, within your heart, shall you bring it all into manifestation, in Oneness within you, Beloved, and you shall unlock the portal to all remembrance, to all wisdom, to all grace and glory that you are already. This miracle awaits only your receiving, Beloved, and your allowance.

Your I AM** is presenting you with these opportunities, because you are ready. Follow your heart; follow the guidance of your beautiful I AM within you. Allow all that comes to you in your experience. Love everything as you love your God - and you shall soon manifest the glory of your Enlightenment.

Contemplate this deeply, Beloved. Receive profoundly and allow grandly, of the glorious light and love that you are, for you are what we are. You are all that I AM. The grace and the glory that you see within me resides also within yourself, fully and completely, in the perfection of love. Allow this knowingness to unfold within you, Beloved, into the perfected flower of your Enlightenment.

Allow your communion with us in the Light Realms to expand throughout your day, Beloved. Call upon any of us. Feel our presence with you. Bring your awareness of the Light Realms more and more into your physical plane existence. Create more of the Marriage of Spirit and Matter*** in your every moment, Beloved. This you may do through honoring God in all that you see, and by communing with us to bring the presence of the Light Realms into your conscious awareness more and more often throughout your day - and see what you discover.

I send you great love, Beloved--ongoing, always. So Be It.

* The Ascended Masters refer to the Creator, to Source in the masculine form for convenience and ease of communication, but they understand without question that God is a fully integrated Being, encompassing completely both masculine and feminine aspects of being. There is, of course, no separation within God, and so this Earth plane expression within our limited language that is steeped in our cultural belief in duality should not be interpreted to indicate any separation between gender expressions within the Divine Presence. Both masculine and feminine expressions within all of Creation are equally present, equally valued, equally loved and equally Divine.

**"Your I AM" may also be understood as the God-Self within, who dwells within the heart center as the core of our being. Some have called this Divine Beingness within Self, the "Higher" Self. However, the Ancients have offered the following clarification:

We ask you to trust the I AM of your Being - what you may know as your "Higher" Self; but we will tell you also, Beloved, in truth, your I AM is exactly who you are, and so the concept of "higher" and "lower" Self is a concept in separation. We ask you to think of this Divine aspect of your being as simply your God-Self, without separating with any thought of comparison with where you are now.

Your God-Self includes all that you are. It includes who you believe yourself to be and who you experience yourself to be, in this moment, exactly as you are. You are all that your I AM is, even though you do not yet experience that within yourself. We ask you to simply go into your heart, Beloved. Meditate there. Ask for truth from within your own being, in alignment with love, in alignment with the truth of God's love that is the foundation of Oneness within All That Is, and you will bring yourself into more experience of your own God-Self. *** "The Marriage of Spirit and Matter" refers to the coming together into Wholeness of the Divine (Spirit) and the incarnated form (Matter) through which we as spiritual beings are having a human experience. This unification occurs through conscious recognition and "owning" (full acknowledgement as truth at the deepest level of our being) of our Divine nature while we are in human, 3^rd- dimensional form, and leads to the Sacred Union and Holy Marriage within Self of the Divine aspect and the Earth aspect (the Earth Self). Maitreya presides over this sacred ceremony that occurs in the Light Realms in honor, recognition and consecration of the return to Oneness within. It is the first true step of Enlightenment or Realized Divinity in which separation is finally understood as illusion and Oneness is embraced as the totality and absolute truth of one's being.

As Lightworkers, or spiritually focused beings incarnated as humans who are in the conscious process of realizing our spiritual Mastery (Enlightenment), we are meant to express more and more of our spiritual awareness of the principles of Oneness (unconditional love for All Things, recognizing the Divinity inherent within all beings, honoring of all paths to God, etc.) through our Earth plane activities. We are meant to demonstrate and live from our spiritual truth while in physical form, thus coming to embody the Marriage of Spirit and Matter on the Earth plane while still inhabiting a physical incarnation.

3. January 3, 2009: Redouble your efforts through focus and intention, within peace and balance; Evolutionary movement is like a flowing river; Acceleration and peace within as opposite polarities; BE in your truth; Choose to empower yourself into allowance, through your breath:

I honor within you, Beloved, your resolve to redouble your efforts. You may do this through focus and intention, and of course, the resolve to follow through on that which you decide, that which you choose. I encourage you to make this choice, within peace with yourself, and not in any sense of pressure upon yourself, Beloved. There is a fine line here that involves balance. Moving ahead directly on your pathway, making choices for Divinity, exercising your will, is all beautiful and appropriate, as long as it is balanced and not coming from a place within you of hurry, and therefore of judgment, of impatience, of fear that you are doing something wrong, that you are not moving fast enough - and I urge you to resist the temptation to fall into this frame of mind, because it is a "mind trip," Beloved. When you are in the truth of your heart, and you commune with our energies and with our Creator, you will know that the movement forward evolves like the flowing of a river, Beloved, that simply flows because that is the nature of its being.

I ask you to allow the next steps to unfold from within you, through your intention, your focus, your desire, your love, as the most natural thing that could exist within you, simply because it is your truth. Yes, indeed, you create these next steps, but I ask you to work more and more deeply within trust of your I AM. As you focus, as you choose intensity, as you choose acceleration, be in the joy of your choice, within the peace of your being, because it is your truth. It is a way of merging the opposite polarities together, Beloved. Simply BE in your truth. Be in the flow of all life, and you will align it all, in the perfect timing.

And so I tell you, Beloved, be not in a hurry, yet be in your truth of empowered choice. Explore this, Beloved. Contemplate it. Feel the difference that this perspective makes upon your beingness. Truly you may embrace all excitement, passionate love, desire for forward movement, within the peace of perfect trust, because in Oneness, Beloved, it is all the same. It is all the Divine flow of Universal life energy. It is all God. It is all you, Beloved.

And so there is no need for pressure or judgment or separation of any kind, but simply the total allowance of absolute love within you, for All That Is. I urge you to work deeper with allowance, Beloved. This will, indeed, bring you into greater understanding of that which you desire to know and to be. Choose to empower yourself into allowance, Beloved, greater allowance within your life. Allowance, Beloved, is a powerful tool, and a sacred choice that is aligned with the highest vibration of love. Bring more allowance into your being, Beloved, through your breath. Work with this ongoing, for these are profound understandings, Beloved, and well worth your contemplation and your embrace.

4. February 8, 2009: Hold fast to your openness to love; Allow your joy more and more within you, for we are all the joy of God's beingness:

Hold fast to your openness to love, Beloved, not in clinging energy, but simply in the sacred dedication that has grown within you. Remind yourself, Beloved, in your heart, that this is your truth, and simply choose again and again, for love, in every Now.

We share in your joy. I ask you to allow your joy more and more within you, for we are all the joy of God's beingness. We are all God, Beloved; and this truth, when understood in its depths, Beloved, is joyful beyond imagination. I call you to those depths that begin with eternal love for yourself, as the God within you, as the God that you are, as the mirror of that which we hold for you. It is all God. It is all you. It is all beautiful beyond measure. It is all perfect in the Divine, eternal, infinite flow of God's loving presence within all of us, and His eternal gifting to all of us of all that we need, within His grand heart of love. Know that the Creator's love, Beloved, is ceaseless and infinite. Contemplate, Beloved, what this mirrors within yourself.

Let this be sufficient for tonight, Beloved. We all love you immensely. Allow this within yourself, Beloved, and celebrate it all. So Be It.

5. April 24, 2009: Release the energy of trying so hard; Work with the energy of allowing; Contemplate the concept of ease, and allow more peace, more trust, more love; Release your fear; Pay attention to all areas of your body that relax when you release fear; Allow yourself to touch and be touched by infinity today

I ask you to release, Beloved, the energy of trying so hard that lives powerfully within you. Yes, the focus of your intention is important, but I ask you to work with the energy of allowing, Beloved. When you are making so much effort, Beloved, there is an energy of doubt. This is a subtle issue and I ask you not to judge yourself in any way for how you have been experiencing your steps so far along the pathway that includes this process. I ask you to go deeper, Beloved, into deeper trust of who you are already. You are already a magnificent and powerful Divine being. You are a magnificent and powerful God. I ask you to open within yourself, Beloved, and allow this truth to penetrate your heart and soul.

You are working hard on many levels, Beloved. We all see and appreciate your efforts, and it is beautiful--all of it. There is a fine line here, for it is important for you to continue making choices, the choices as you have understood for Christing* within yourself; but I ask you also to contemplate the concept of ease within yourself. Contemplate peace within yourself, Beloved. Contemplate the trust of that which you are. Contemplate also the love that surrounds you and allow this love into your heart and soul, Beloved, especially during these challenging times.

Allow yourself to receive of the truth of your being, through your I AM, and also through that, Beloved, receive from all of us who hold you in great love, for indeed, we are who you are also. I ask you, indeed, Beloved, to simply relax, and allow the flow of great love--to you, through you and from you. I ask you to release your fear, Beloved, on all levels within which it functions within you. I ask you to pay attention to the areas within your being which relax when you focus on letting go of fear, when you allow fear to dissolve. Use this today, Beloved. Use these experiences of conscious choice to relax, and notice where in your body and being you feel a relief of energy. These are areas that require attention. These are areas that require focused energy of healing, but this process within you today, Beloved, will assist you in identifying areas within you which you may then lovingly continue to work upon, in greater peace and in greater love. I ask you to hold no judgment for any area you identify, but rather be in celebration of that which you are finding, so that you may more consciously understand the next steps and the next steps after that, on your glorious pathway into Homecoming, Beloved.

Use this day as a series of profound opportunities. Allow yourself to receive ongoing, Beloved, throughout your day, more and more love as your truth, allowing it as your truth to rise from within you as well as receiving from us, from all of us who love you so deeply. Experiment with this, Beloved, throughout your day. Continue in your process of awakening to more and more choice within your beingness, in every moment, and honor the miraculous opportunities you are bringing to yourself.

With this I will leave you today, Beloved, in this manner of sharing, but know, Beloved, that I am with you, in the infinite sharing of God's love. Allow yourself to touch and be touched by infinity today, Beloved, within your Earth plane experiences. Indeed, I tell you this will teach you much, Beloved.

Know that I love you immensely. We all love you infinitely, Beloved. Contemplate this, and allow. So Be It.

* Christing: The term "Christing" refers to the conscious return to the state of Oneness with the Divinity within, with the Creator and with All That Is, after having experienced (perceived) separation from God. This state of Enlightened beingness which the Ascended Masters call Christed Consciousness or Christing is all-inclusive of anyone who attains Enlightenment - also known as spiritual Mastery - through any spiritual pathway, and so is not limited to any one religious or spiritual tradition or understanding. Although still extraordinarily rare to this point, Christing is available to all who sincerely seek the depths of Oneness and Divine truth in profound, unconditional love, deep spiritual commitment and the embrace within the heart and soul of the equality of love for all beings within the heart of God. Truly Enlightened beings honor all paths to God as equally valid, equally honored and equally loved - and the Masters teach that it is the destiny of each and every one of us, through our own unique choice of spiritual pathway, eventually to attain - or to "realize" in the sense of actualizing within one's Self --this highly evolved state of Divine beingness that was exemplified by Yeshua ben Joseph (Jesus, known as Christ) 2000 years ago, but which has also been demonstrated by other important, spiritually Enlightened teachers throughout our history on Earth, notably including Buddha, Lao Tzu, Krishna, Kuan Yin, Mohammed, and others.

6. June 7, 2009: Trusting yourself is also trusting God; You will find Oneness within the totality of your love for all that you are; The peace of Oneness is a function of trust also;

Your heartfelt desire to experience and understand more love is beautiful, Beloved. We ask you to celebrate that with us, for all in the Light Realms join you in your joy of discovery, and indeed, we await your greater discoveries with profound anticipation, with joy waiting in our hearts to share with you when you come Home.

We ask you to continue trusting, Beloved, that this is, in fact, your truth. We ask you to trust more and more, and in fact, to glory in your trust, to expand it enormously, to allow your trust to explode within your heart, Beloved, for the more you trust all that is happening within you, the more you trust your I AM, then truly, Beloved, the more you are trusting God Himself. Through this trust you are bringing great pleasure and joy, indeed, to our Creator, for it is a grand truth that loving yourself is, in fact, loving God, and therefore, trusting yourself, which includes your Earth Self and your Divine Self, which includes the totality of the I AM of your Being - this is, indeed, also trusting God.

I ask you to remember, Beloved, that even trusting your Earth Self* is trusting God. Contemplate this, Beloved, and allow it within your beingness as the profound truth that it is. When you are loving the totality of yourself, you are, indeed, loving the totality of God, and you will find Oneness, Beloved, within the totality of your love for all that you are, for you are, indeed, also, All That Is. As you allow this more and more, Beloved, indeed, you will free yourself immensely from the limitations that have been your perceived reality for so very long, and you will enable yourself to fly free into the soaring ecstasy that is Oneness embraced within the totality of your being.

I ask you, Beloved, to explore more deeply the peace that you have begun to experience within your being. The peace of Oneness, Beloved, is profound, indeed. It is a function of trust also, and so as you bring yourself into more and more trust of all that you are, more trust of the love that you are and the love that you may indeed, gift to yourself through receiving, Beloved, you will, indeed, discover and allow more peace within yourself. We ask you to continue your choices for trust. Continue allowing peace through the love that is growing in your heart. Allow the beauty, Beloved, of your own expanding heart to penetrate your awareness and to receive favor there.

I ask you always to hold yourself within the greatest love, within the energies of Oneness. Work deeply within your own heart, Beloved, to allow everything more profoundly unto yourself, in immense gifting that only you can allow and receive. This is the profound choice and challenge I offer to you now, Beloved. Receive more deeply in every moment, through the gifting to yourself that is your profound choice.

Blessings to you in your journey, always. In great love, Beloved, So Be It.

* The Earth Self, also known as the separated aspect of Self or the Ego-self, is an aspect of Self within each of us which often expresses in separation, in doubt, fear, anger, judgment, victim-consciousness, etc. Many spiritual traditions suggest the suppression or even the annihilation of the Ego-Self or Earth Self, yet if we devalue, judge and suppress any part of ourselves, how then can we be whole? How is this a choice for love, for Oneness and Unity? In truth, everything is God. This aspect of our being is also a part of God, a part of our own Divinity, and it serves a profound Divine purpose within us of creating catalysts for learning the wisdom we have come to the Earth plane to gather for ourselves. Through our own loving embrace and understanding, the Earth Self is fully capable of rising into its inherent Divinity and embracing the principles of Oneness.

Through unconditional love for and within Self, the Divine aspect and the Earth Self aspect may unite in Sacred Union within the Self and create the major initial step toward Enlightenment and Conscious Oneness with the Creator and All That Is. According to the teachings of the Ancients and the Ascended Masters, this Sacred Union within Self is the first true stage of Enlightenment and is a doorway into the return Home to the Creator and the Light Realms, and to even deeper stages of Oneness that represent quantum leaps of evolutionary advancement. This Union within Self is also a gateway into ongoing ecstasy beyond description and vastly expanded love leading ultimately to truly Cosmic consciousness.
