1. October 8, 2007: Accept nothing less than your Enlightenment; Be patient yet be proactive; Resistance is fear that you will fail; There is never a hurry, but profound choice within timing of great opportunity:

Know that as you deepen in your understanding and in your allowance of your heart's desires, you will open to all of your spiritual gifts that you are wanting to experience. Be patient, and yet be proactive, Beloved. Choose to act for yourself in focusing upon your Enlightenment and accepting nothing less--not in terms of judgment of yourself, but in terms of the depth of your focus and the intensity of your allowing. Trust that all is perfect, and continue to choose to focus, again and again and again, as often as you need. You know, Beloved; your heart knows it all; your I AM* knows exactly what you need, so if you choose to focus on your heart, on awakening your heart and your heart center, this will lead you in the direction of all you most deeply desire. It will lead you Home.

And through your awakening heart, Beloved, with intent and focus and the exercise of your powerful will, choose to commune with the Light Realms. Choose to spend time with us, to get to know yourself more and more, together with us. You can do this, Beloved.

Part of your resistance is the fear that you will fail. Work with this issue, Beloved, and go deeply within to discover the roots of your fear. Include your Earth Self** in your understanding, and you will align it. This is key for you. You have come so far, Beloved. Choose to focus, trust yourself and take the next steps. Be bold in your asking, magnificent in your receiving, glorious in your Truth. It is time for you to do more, Beloved, to choose the focus that your heart desires and to align that focus within your everyday activities.

I call you to much greater receiving, to much greater allowing of all that you are. Even though you have opened significantly already, there is so much more for you. Persevere, Beloved. Come to the party, so to speak; come Home to be with us in all your glory and unfathomable magnificence. Bring yourself into the awareness of the wonder of you, Beloved. Bring yourself Home.

I will assist you in any way you ask, of course, as will any of the Masters, guides and Angel working with you. (Amara's note: Every one of us has a celestial support team, so to speak, who love and support us deeply and hold the vision for the fulfillment of our spiritual journey in separation and our return into Oneness.) Continue to go within and learn to identify our individual energies - and do not be concerned with time. It may seem like a paradox that I encourage your deep focus and yet recommend that you relinquish any concern with time, but it is all about trusting yourself and releasing judgment and fear. Everything is perfect as orchestrated by your I AM, and yet it is your sovereign choice, the blessed gift of our Creator in free will, as to when and how quickly you will realize your deepest dreams. There is never a hurry, Beloved, and yet there is profound choice within the timing of great opportunity.

Choose from your heart in love and trust, and you will find yourself Home sooner than you could even imagine. Create it for yourself in every loving step you take, and love yourself through every step, gathering the harvest of wisdom to yourself that you have come here for, and you will have a rich gift to present to the Creator upon your return. His* arms will open to receive you and your precious gift that only you can offer, and your joy together will melt your heart and cause celebration throughout all of Creation.

So come, Beloved. Love yourself, love everything, and receive the love of All That Is as yourself - because it is.

* "Your I AM" may also be understood as the God-Self within, who dwells within the heart center as the core of our being. Some have called this Divine Beingness within Self, the "Higher" Self. However, the Ancients have offered the following clarification:

We ask you to trust the I AM of your Being - what you may know as your "Higher" Self; but we will tell you also, Beloved, in truth, your I AM is exactly who you are, and so the concept of "higher" and "lower" Self is a concept in separation. We ask you to think of this Divine aspect of your being as simply your God-Self, without separating with any thought of comparison with where you are now.

Your God-Self includes all that you are. It includes who you believe yourself to be and who you experience yourself to be, in this moment, exactly as you are. You are all that your I AM is, even though you do not yet experience that within yourself. We ask you to simply go into your heart, Beloved. Meditate there. Ask for truth from within your own being, in alignment with love, in alignment with the truth of God's love that is the foundation of Oneness within All That Is, and you will bring yourself into more experience of your own God-Self. ** The Earth Self, also known as the separated aspect of Self or the Ego-self, is an aspect of Self within each of us which often expresses in separation, in doubt, fear, anger, judgment, victim-consciousness, etc. Many spiritual traditions suggest the suppression or even the annihilation of the Ego-Self, yet if we devalue, judge and suppress any part of ourselves, how then can we be whole? How is this a choice for love, for Oneness and Unity? In truth, everything is God. This aspect of our being is also a part of God, a part of our own Divinity, and it serves a profound Divine purpose within us of creating catalysts for learning the wisdom we have come to the Earth plane to gather for ourselves. Through our own loving embrace and understanding, the Earth Self is fully capable of rising into its inherent Divinity and embracing the principles of Oneness.

Through unconditional love for and within Self, the Divine aspect and the Earth Self aspect may unite in Sacred Union within the Self and create the major initial step toward Enlightenment and Conscious Oneness with the Creator and All That Is. According to the teachings of the Ancients and the Ascended Masters, this Sacred Union within Self is the first true stage of Enlightenment and is a doorway into the return Home to the Creator and the Light Realms, to Divinity Realized and to even deeper stages of Oneness that represent quantum leaps of evolutionary advancement. This Union within Self is also the gateway into ongoing ecstasy beyond description and vastly expanded love leading ultimately to truly Cosmic consciousness.

*** Sananda refers to the Creator, to God, to Source in the masculine form for convenience and ease of communication, but he understands without question that God is a fully integrated Being, encompassing completely both masculine and feminine aspects of being. There is, of course, no separation within God, and so this Earth plane expression within our limited language that is steeped in our cultural belief in duality should not be interpreted to indicate any separation between gender expressions within the Divine Presence. Both masculine and feminine expressions within all of Creation are equally present, equally valued, equally loved and equally Divine.

2. February 23, 2009: Part of Oneness is reclaiming absolute innocence; Expression in free-flowing emotion is crucial to your pathway; Be relentless within loving embrace of yourself; Do not settle for partial work; Use your sacred breath:

It is the allowance of your truth, Beloved, that leads into innocence of being, which, indeed, is rare upon the Earth plane in those beyond a very young age, for the innocence of childhood is innate among those who are young, but is soon diverted into experiences of separation which lead to a loss of the expression of that innocence; and so part of Oneness, Beloved, is the reclaiming of absolute innocence. This is, in part, the freedom to be exactly who you are, the freedom to express exactly who you are, with no thought of consequence, of response, no thought of holding back or self-censorship, but simply the absolute freedom to allow all emotion as it arises within you.

Such free allowance of emotion requires a great deal of courage in current circumstances upon the Earth plane as an adult, for you, indeed, as has everyone else on the Earth plane in humanity, have had numerous experiences where you have convinced yourself and come to believe that it is not safe to express emotion freely; yet that very expression in free-flowing emotion is crucial to your pathway, to your unfolding healing of all separation within you. I urge you not only to continue, but to expand your allowance of emotion. Seek out the separations that you know exist within you. Do the deeper work that presents itself to you. I encourage you from the depths of my heart, Beloved, to persevere, to be relentless within loving embrace of yourself at the same time.

Be relentless in your choice to go deeper and to seek out that which has been hidden, and yet when you find those hidden issues, Beloved, embrace yourself with the greatest love, and of course, your Earth Self as well, as you work through those experiences. There is a delicate balance here. You will find your way, Beloved.

Do not settle, Beloved, for partial work. At the same time, I ask you not to judge yourself, but simply to return in loving embrace, again and again, to find the depths that you seek, to discover the truth, to illumine the areas that you believe have been in darkness, and to bring the light of your growing understanding in Oneness, Beloved, unto your own subtle separations. In this way also, you will alert your I AM to your readiness to go deeper with more remembrances that will bring you the deeper understandings that you desire and will assist you to create the openings that are your heart's truth at this time.
