On Embracing Every Moment

1. August 19, 2008: Sometimes that which is required seems simple and repetitive; Every choice you make is significant, even in your so-called mundane life; Use everything in your daily life as a tool for your growth; Embrace the value of every moment of your existence here on this blessed planet:
   
   We wish to impress upon you the vastly significant importance of the steps and revelations that are on the threshold for you now, and more to unfold very soon in your timing, if it is your continued choice to participate at this level.
   
   
   (At this point in our communion, I was feeling a deep sense of commitment and I was thinking, I would do anything... Then I realized with some trepidation that this is a very inclusive statement, and that there is much more that I could do ongoing, through my everyday life.)
   
   Well, Beloved, as you began to get a glimpse of in understanding, the willingness to do anything is a very bold statement, and we hear your heart and feel your intent. Yet we wish you to contemplate, as you began to understand, that sometimes the willingness to do that which is required will call you to seemingly simple and often repetitive mundane activities that may not always seem to relate to the glorious dreams and limitless goals that are so enticing and so moving to your heart. Sometimes the next steps that are crucial to your Mastery* are as simple as the choice to allow yourself more sleep or to choose a more life-enhancing food for yourself, in the face of long-standing patterns to the contrary, and to choose again and again for that which is your truth.
   
   Know that we love and support you in all that you are doing, and of course, we honor the quantum leaps that are so pivotal and life-changing, that are so powerful in your experience. At the same time, we counsel you to understand that every choice you make is significant, even in your so-called mundane life, in your physicalized existence, because every seemingly small or insignificant choice contributes to the preparation of the next quantum leap that will take your breath away in wonder. We urge you to contemplate the wonders available in every moment, in every choice with which you can support and enhance your pathway.
   
   Nothing you do is insignificant. Everything you do has significance, impact, influence upon your pathway, and your conscious awareness of this in an expanded manner will lead you to the next experiences of glory and expanding empowerment.
   
   Use everything in your daily life as a tool for your growth. Ask yourself questions: How may I use this experience to enhance my understanding, my sensitivity, my wisdom, my love? How may I make my daily activities more Masterful, more conscious, more loving, to myself and to the Earth? How may I incorporate more of my spiritual awareness into my activities in every moment on the Earth plane?
   
   Such questions, and your committed heart's desire in action to find the answers for yourself and to live your truth in an expanded fashion, will lead you to a consummately increased ability to manifest the Marriage of Spirit and Matter** you are meant to be here. In learning to do this on the level of your most seemingly trivial actions or tasks, you will soon learn how to powerfully demonstrate it to yourself. Sharing with others will come later. We wish you to grasp that your ability to share and demonstrate will grow significantly from your embrace of the value of every moment of your existence here on this blessed planet.
   
   Every moment is a blessing and a gift. Use each one wisely, and learn to hold a continuing focus on your goals and your heart's desire for the realization of your Enlightenment. We do not wish to engender any sense of stress or urgency that is not in balance with your being, yet we wish to inspire you to count as precious every moment of your chosen incarnation, especially now, in these profound and opportune times of transition. There is so much support, energetically and through the deeply loving embrace of all in the Light Realms who are committed to assisting you and all other Lightworkers***, with an intensification and a depth of heart center communion that has not been available before.
   
   Our Creator has decreed these Now times of transformation as a unique and profoundly powerful series of opportunities to manifest our long-held dreams. We ask you to consider every day, to the best of your ability, how you may improve your conscious participation, how you may become more aware, more loving, more all-inclusive in your love for every single being, and for every choice they are making, as you look with love upon every one of your own choices now, and every choice you have ever lived.
   
   Look even more deeply for the wisdom in every moment. Find it, celebrate it, glory in it for everything it may teach you. The more you open your heart to the opportunities of every moment, the more miracles you will discover in your life - because you will be creating them through your focus on expanding your love into every facet of your physical embodiment.
   
   You are all gifted with such wondrous opportunities. We urge you to open your heart and perceive them as such, and then act to bring your opportunities into manifested flow of glorious and deeply rewarding miracles unto yourself and others, unto the limitless.
   
   Let this be sufficient for now, Beloved. Love yourself well. Love yourself as we do, profoundly and without limit. So Be It.
   
   
   * The Ancients use the word "Mastery" to refer specifically to spiritual Mastery or Enlightenment, also known as Divinity Realized. This is the state of being in which one has Realized oneself as Divine, not simply in mental understanding but in absolute truth and knowingness within the totality of one's being. A Master therefore has moved beyond all separation and knows him- or herself to be eternally in Oneness with God the Creator and with All That Is. Being in complete Union and Oneness with Divinity, a Master expresses and lives from unconditional love at all times. Similarly, a Master has moved beyond all belief in limitation, and being one with the flow of God's infinite abundance, may create at will from the limitless, manifesting what we know as miracles.
   
   ** "The Marriage of Spirit and Matter" refers to the coming together into Wholeness of the Divine (Spirit) and the incarnated form (Matter) through which we as spiritual beings are having a human experience. This unification occurs through conscious recognition and "owning" (full acknowledgement as truth at the deepest level of our being) of our Divine nature while we are in human, 3rd- dimensional form, and leads to the Sacred Union and Holy Marriage within Self of the Divine aspect and the Earth aspect (the Earth Self). This is a sacred ceremony that occurs in the Light Realms in honor, recognition and consecration of the return to Oneness within, and is the first true step of Enlightenment or Realized Divinity in which separation is finally understood as illusion and Oneness is embraced as the totality and absolute truth of one's being.
   
   As Lightworkers, or spiritually focused beings incarnated as humans who are in the conscious process of realizing our spiritual Mastery (Enlightenment), we are meant to express more and more of our spiritual awareness of the principles of Oneness (unconditional love for All Things, recognizing the Divinity inherent within all beings, honoring of all paths to God, etc.) through our Earth plane activities. We are meant to demonstrate and live from our spiritual truth while in physical form, thus coming to embody the Marriage of Spirit and Matter on the Earth plane while still inhabiting a physical incarnation.
   
   *** The term "Lightworker" refers to a spiritually-focused being incarnated as human who is in the conscious process of realizing spiritual Mastery (Enlightenment). A focus on embodying and living from more love within one's being leads to a higher vibrational frequency which manifests on an energetic level as "light." In addition, many dedicated, spiritually focused humans are working to manifest more love and light on the planet in the form of socially conscious activities and social structures based on principles of equality and respect for all and compassionate assistance to those who are in need.
   
   In fully Enlightened beings, the vastly higher frequencies and spiritual light that result from the total embrace of Divine love ultimately may manifest on the physical level as well, as demonstrated by Yeshua ben Joseph (Jesus), for instance, and by many highly evolved spiritual teachers and saints from many spiritual traditions who have been traditionally shown in art representations as having a halo. A halo is an attempt to describe or depict the effulgent light that emanates naturally from a fully Enlightened being as their aura or energy fields. The resplendent, transcendent light that radiates from a truly Enlightened being is also the source of many references to such ones as "glorious."
2. May 20, 2009: The necessity of choosing love again and again; The power of love unveiled; Every polarity awaits unification within you; Find love within everything; Everything is alive and powerfully radiant with life force; In finding joy within all things, you also find God:
   
   We ask you, Beloved, to continue receiving throughout your day an awareness of the vastness of our love for you. We ask you to open more to the limitless nature of that which you are, together with us and together with all beings in Oneness.
   
   Allow yourself to open more, Beloved, to perceive more, to receive more. This is not a function of greed in any way. It is not a function of separation*. It is, in fact, the embrace of Oneness, to a higher degree than you have yet been ready to accomplish. We ask you to ask for more; and this may seem like a grand paradox to you, Beloved, for it is also vastly important to be at peace with that which is, exactly as it is within your being, and to recognize your own hand at work, like unto the hand of God, within your life, for you are the God in your own kingdom, and what you have desired, you have created. It is vastly important to own and to celebrate all that exists within your life as your creation.
   
   At the same time, Beloved, we ask you deeply to be not content with the creation of separation that has been your habitual creation--your default creation, so to speak. Because you have been within the state of being and development where much of your creation has been unconscious, we ask you to seek beyond the level of being from which you have created for a very long time. We ask you to make this more and more conscious. We ask you to make this choice more and more powerfully within yourself and to bring it more and more consciously into your focus and your awareness, through every moment of your day. In this way, Beloved, you are manifesting the attraction of higher and higher frequencies to yourself while you remain in balance and love of what you have already created; and as you learn from what you created, from that which you have already brought into manifestation within you, reaping rewards and consequences that come to you in opportunities for learning, then you may, indeed, magnetize to yourself vastly greater opportunities for all that you desire to accomplish with your greater awareness, your deeper commitment and choices for love.
   
   Although there is much spoken on the Earth plane these days of allowing love, of embracing love, especially among lightworkers, this necessity of choosing love again and again and again within the smallest circumstance in your life, within every thought and every action, is as yet little understood or appreciated. As you penetrate the mysteries of love unveiled, indeed, you will begin to access the power of love unveiled, in all that you are bringing unto yourself - and for this we will celebrate deeply, deeply, deeply.
   
   We ask you most profoundly to persevere. Embrace your I AM** more and more deeply. Embrace all that you are, all that you discover yourself to be, in what you might consider the highest and the lowest manifestations, Beloved. Remember that in truth, the highest and the lowest manifestation of any issue, of any expression within yourself, is all one energy, which awaits your Enlightened awareness of this and your conscious focus on balance, on embrace of every polarity, every experience of separation, to bring it into Oneness, to unify it within your being, through your conscious choice. Every polarity, Beloved, awaits unification within you. Every polarity in your being and experience, Beloved, exists for your greater understanding, for your edification, for your opportunities to exercise your growing Masterful understanding. Every polarity, Beloved, awaits the application of your Divine grace in understanding, to bring it all into love. Your opportunities for love are vast, indeed.
   
   Remember, Beloved, that your own loving and Divine I AM God-Self*** within you is orchestrating every circumstance, exactly as you have requested in your invocations for assistance in creating your own Homecoming. We ask you to trust, Beloved, within the energy of great peace within you as you find it more and more deeply, that your I AM is already bringing you exactly what you have requested; and it is up to you to resurrect your own understanding, to transform your perspective from separation into Oneness, so that you may see, truly, with new eyes, Beloved, all that is transpiring within your life. It is all so beautiful.
   
   We ask you deeply, Beloved, to hold no judgment whatsoever for the work that you are doing on the Earth plane in your every moment, which may seem mundane. The choices you are making are vastly important. We ask you to expand these choices, this focus within yourself on your everyday experiences. Look more deeply beneath the surface for everything. Find love within everything, and indeed, you will find your own Enlightenment. Indeed, Beloved, glory and grandness exist in your powerfully ecstatic experiences; they exist in the experiences that take your breath away, that lead you into convulsions of ecstasy--and we celebrate this within you, Beloved, deeply--but we tell you also that grandness and glory exist equally within the smallest of details and the love that is possible on that level also.
   
   We ask you to continue engaging in this beautiful dance, Beloved, dancing in the polarities of balance, and finding your way delicately from what may seem a precarious experience or circumstance and bringing it all into balance. It is like moving to the center of the teeter-totter, Beloved, and maintaining a dynamic balance that is alive with life-force, that is alive with choice, that is alive with love, that is alive with the presence of Divinity in every moment. Everything is alive and powerfully radiant with life force, Beloved. Every circumstance you create is alive with opportunity, awaiting your Divine choice to create more livingness of love in every moment.
   
   We ask you to receive into your precious heart, Beloved, the vastness of our love for you. We cherish you immensely. Receive often, Beloved. We ask you, again, to receive deeply, fully, to a greater extent than you have allowed before of the love that exists for you within our hearts and within the hearts of so many who are supporting you. As you choose it, Beloved, you may receive vastly more love, but you must open and allow. For all that you have received and perceived of love so far, Beloved, we tell you, there is vastly more which awaits only your choices to allow greater love and greater empowerment within your being.
   
   We ask you to continue, Beloved, working with any areas within your being where you recognize that your empowerment has been compromised. As you know, it is imperative not to judge yourself for anything you find, but rather to celebrate. Celebrate your opportunities for greater illumination through your own light, in the areas that have been held in darkness within you.
   
   Bring your joy, Beloved, into everything you experience. In finding joy within all things, Beloved, you also find God; you share with God; you bring God into your everyday experience, together with you. We ask you to contemplate this deeply as well.
   
   
   * "Separation"--or separated thoughts, beliefs and experiences--refers to experiences of fear, doubt, judgment, guilt or feelings of negativity of any kind that result from believing oneself to be separated from God and from All That Is, and therefore, feeling separated from and unable to access the unconditional love and embrace within which the Creator holds us in every moment. When Oneness is fully embraced in spiritual Mastery within one's being, all separation disappears, and so all fear, worry, resistance, victim-consciousness, loneliness, etc. dissolve and are replaced with love, trust and peace within.
   
   ** "Your I AM" or "Divine I AM God-Self" may also be understood as the God-Self within, or what some call the Higher Self. However, the Ancients have offered this clarification:
   
   
   We ask you to trust the I AM of your Being - what you may know as your "Higher Self"; but we will tell you also, Beloved, in truth, your I AM is exactly who you are, and so the concept of "higher" and "lower" Self is a concept in separation. We ask you to think of this Divine aspect of your being as simply your God-Self, without separating with any thought of comparison with where you are now.
   
   Your God-Self includes all that you are. It includes who you believe yourself to be and who you experience yourself to be, in this moment, exactly as you are. You are all that your I AM is, even though you do not yet experience that within yourself. We ask you to simply go into your heart, Beloved. Meditate there. Ask for truth from within your own being, in alignment with love, in alignment with the truth of God's love that is the foundation of Oneness within All That Is, and you will bring yourself into more experience of your own God-Self. On Love and Joy

1. May 4, 2007: We wish to pour love and light onto the planet; The simplicity of love lies at the center core of Creation; Love is the very essence of profound truth in Oneness:
   
   We wish to pour love and light onto the planet for those ready to receive it, in the form of ancient wisdom that is vital for planetary Enlightenment in the eternal Now. These teachings are deep and advanced, but there is a core group of Lightworkers* developing now who will be able to utilize this wisdom soon, and in time it will benefit the entire planet, the solar system, this universe and beyond. The wisdom may seem simple at times, but know, Beloved, that the simplicity belies a depth of profundity and importance that cannot be overstated, so as you begin to receive this wisdom, do not judge it as too simple to be important. Remember, the simplicity of love lies at the center core of Creation in all Universes in the incomprehensibly vast expanse of All That Is - and that love is the very essence of profound truth in Oneness.

2. August 16, 2008: The breath can help you focus; Any judgment will delay your next steps; The best choice in any situation is to love; Never lose faith in the potential for Divine choice within every individual:
   
   Beloved, we ask you to take a few moments to simply receive of our love for you, into your open heart. Allow yourself to be filled, Beloved, as we share love together in Oneness. Breathe it in, and allow.
   
   The breath can help you focus and clarify your receiving, Beloved, but know that focus on the breath is not absolutely necessary to receive the flow of love from us or from any entity in the Light Realms. Love is so powerful and so pure an energy that it simply flows on its own, and flows to you, around you, within you, surrounding you, whether you are consciously aware of it or not. The flow of love from our Creator is, of course, eternal, and it flows without ceasing as support for our life everlasting.
   
   For now, though, Beloved, focus with your breath will be helpful, in order to train yourself again to receive freely and completely. Focus your breath with us again, and allow yourself a few minutes to feel our mutual exchange. (I did this for a few minutes and then lost focus.)
   
   When you lose your focus, Beloved, remember to simply return to your practice without judgment. Allow your blessed process to unfold with no limitation or preconceptions, with unconditional love of Self, of all that you are. Ultimately this is the only way you will open to your Mastery*, Beloved - through the portal to your Self, in absolute love and unconditional embrace, no matter what.
   
   We feel your profound heart's desires to make the best choices for yourself and your pathway. We ask you to relax more within yourself, and find your center of balance and peace regarding your progress. Any judgment you feel toward yourself - or anyone else, for that matter - will delay your next steps into Oneness, and yet know that should that happen, it is perfect as well. If it is your choice, it is a perfect choice for you in any Now.
   
   Ultimately, the best choice you can make in any situation or circumstance is to love - love with an open heart, love with total embrace, love with unconditional acceptance and peace within yourself. Just as all of your choices are perfect, so also are all choices made by all other beings perfect, regardless of whether they are in separation or in Oneness. All That Is--the whole of Creation--is always in flow to God, even when it seems that some choices will propel individuals--or even whole cultures and civilizations--far from what would appear to be Divine experiences. All experience is Divine; all experience is purposeful; all experience offers profound opportunity for learning.
   
   Know also that any individual may awaken to Divine truth about their own beingness at any time, through any experience. There are no limits. You will find that many members of humanity will be awakening in these times of transition, even from places of deep separation.
   
   It is so important to never lose faith, Beloved, in the potential for Divine choice within every individual. Only that being and our Creator know when is the anointed timing for their awakening and how it may manifest within their experience. It can be any time at all, Beloved. Remember that, and honor the powerful potential within every being that could blossom into a profound experience of opening to Divinity at any moment. Always honor the potential for awakening as absolute within everyone, no matter what.
   
   We ask you to contemplate this deeply. Stretch yourself to embrace this important principle fully, for when you hold this Divine perspective, then whom could you judge? No one, of course, which is as it should be. Rather you will be drawn to wrap every being within the arms of your love and to embrace them for their potential to discover their Divinity, and of course, at an even deeper level, to love them for the Divinity that they are already, within the glorious I AM of their being.
   
   All beings are Divine by nature, created by God in His** image. There are no exceptions to this truth, no matter what outrageous experiences in extreme separation a being may choose, even for many lifetimes. It is all purposeful, all Divine, and all worthy of your love.
   
   These are advanced teachings, Beloved, and we wish you to stretch your parameters of understanding into the limitless embrace of absolutely everything and everyone in the most profound love. This deep work you are choosing in expanding your love is so important. We urge you to continue in any way you feel inspired.
   
   
   * The Ancients use the word "Mastery" to refer specifically to spiritual Mastery or Enlightenment, also known as Divinity Realized. There is, of course, no separation within God, and so this Earth plane expression within our limited language that is steeped in our cultural belief in duality should not be interpreted to indicate any separation between gender expressions within the Divine Presence. Both masculine and feminine expressions within all of Creation are equally present, equally valued, equally loved and equally Divine.
3. September 8, 2008: Stay in your joy; Our joy partakes of the energy of peace; Cultivate peace within joy
   
   For all the seriousness of the work that we are doing together, we ask you, Beloved, to stay in your joy also, as much as possible. The joy is contagious, so to speak. Your joy brings great joy to us, because we love you so deeply and in fact, we are one and the same being; so your joy is our joy. We wish you to feel our joy for you, also.
   
   Feel our joy in you and for you, within you and surrounding you. Our joy is an energy that expresses differently than what you experience on the Earth plane.
   
   Yes, Beloved, you are receiving truly: Our joy partakes of the energy of peace, even as it spreads throughout the ethers of the Universes. This joy that is in peace, that is peace, has profound impact. It may be focused upon any issue or energy of unresolve that is within you, and indeed, it may be used in similar fashion, even within diplomatic engagements involving the resolution of planetary conflict or even intergalactic unease. We ask you to cultivate this peace within joy, joy within peace, --for they are the same--within yourself, and contemplate how you may use this to address some of the issues still remaining within you to align into Oneness.
4. October 9, 2008: It is all a miraculous dance; We are all partners in the dance of life; God is your eternal partner:
   
   We urge you to continue in your allowance. Continue in your askings, for through your focused requests and your understanding of your own desires, your allowance of your own desires to be your truth as you reveal them, you will influence, and in fact, of course, create the direction of your own pathway, in harmony with that which your I AM* desires.
   
   It is all a miraculous dance, Beloved. Allow yourself to be swept away in the grand dance of life that your I AM is leading you upon. In a sense, you get to choose your dance partners in every moment, but for every choice of partner, so to speak, you magnetize to yourself varied energies that will then impact your pathway ongoing. So to continue this analogy, we ask you to choose your dance partners well, but also to know that you are always dancing with your I AM, and the grandest dance of all is with your Creator, for you are partners forever. We are all partners in the dance of life, Beloved, and it is a grand celebration, in scope that is still beyond your comprehension. We are honored every time you choose to dance with us for a little while - and soon, you will dance yourself into Union.
   
   We ask you to hold that joyful thought, that joyful vision for yourself, that feeling, because for all the seriousness and the deep significance of the work that we do together and the vision that we hold in common, truly we tell you, Beloved, ultimately it is all about joy: the joy and ecstasy of the truth, the love that you are feeling and opening unto, and the absolute miraculousness of this creation of our Beloved Creator that we have all been gifted with, in the most profound miracle of all - our very existence and our sharing of this miracle we call life.
   
   So celebrate unto the Heavens, Beloved, this gift we share together; and the more you allow yourself to celebrate, in profound joy, all that you are experiencing, the more quickly you will bring yourself to the joy of the next steps of your pathway, and the ecstasy of your achievement of realizing your Mastery - and then, of course, Beloved, there will be new ecstasies, new choices, new growth, new expansion and acceleration, unto eternity, for this dance never ends - and God is your eternal partner.
   
   We ask you to contemplate this profound mystery, and this most sacred gift, for it is eternal truth, Beloved. Celebrate all of life - for it is all God, indeed.

5. February 17, 2009: Allowing your joy is a major key; Your joy allows access to your soul, and your open soul allows access to profound healing
   
   You are bringing yourself into greater understanding of the depths of your soul and the miracles that you will find through your soul, and that your open soul will allow you access unto. It is for this reason, Beloved, that we emphasize so much, being in your joy. Allowing your joy is a major key, and bears repeating again and again. Your joy allows access to your soul, and your open soul allows access to profound healing for that which requires alignment; but remember, Beloved, that every experience of Oneness and Divinity, every experience of ecstatic Divine Oneness is also imprinted within you, and so your open soul, which is accessed through your open heart and your powerful intention to allow everything within yourself and within everyone else - this opens the door, not only to the shadowed areas of your being, but also to those experiences that reside in glory and in profound grace, in grandness and in profound empowerment, beyond your current imagining. This is already your truth.
   
   You have lived these experiences before, Beloved, and so with your remembrances will come the confidence to claim those experiences again, more and more: to remember who you are, in the totality of your truth.
6. March 15, 2009: Trusting the I AM; Love heals everything; Love is your greatest key; Love everything within you equally; The pure love of the I AM; Be in the joy of every revelation:
   
   Hold faith with your I AM, Beloved. This is, indeed, crucial for you. The trust in your I AM and the peace that you are finding as a function of that trust is a powerful step on your pathway, Beloved, and indeed, a powerful propulsion into the greater understandings that you desire. We ask you to widen your embrace, Beloved, of trust and faith in your I AM - no matter what manifests. We urge you to be vigilant, even, that you release all judgment of anything that manifests to you, but rather hold everything in the greatest love, and through the love, Beloved, find your way to the purpose for which your experience has manifested.
   
   Through your growing love you will, indeed, discover the wisdom inherent in every experience, no matter which polarity it appears to originate from. The wisdom already exists, Beloved - it is up to you to become one with it, to embrace it through your love. Without the love, Beloved, any understanding remains in some separation. You must bring it together with your heart and your mind, but especially, Beloved, we encourage you to expand your heart to embrace every single circumstance that comes to you. Remember to use your Divine perspective, Beloved, and see it all as profound opportunities for going deeper within yourself, for uncovering and revealing aspects of your being that you have rejected in the past because you have not been able to embrace them in love.
   
   We know this may seem like an oversimplification, Beloved, but we tell you it is absolute truth: Love heals everything. Love is your greatest key. Truly, there are others keys, of course, but we cannot urge enough the continued focus on allowing your love to grow, for every experience: loving within yourself, Beloved, everything that is revealed, every remembrance, every habit pattern, every separation* that still manifests. Love it all, actively. Celebrate everything you are. Let there be no distinction, Beloved, between your perceived highest, most sacred event or understanding and your deepest secrets hidden in separation.
   
   We ask you, Beloved, to expand your embrace of the Divinity that you are to such an extent that you love everything manifesting within you - equally. Consider that, Beloved. This is a profound challenge we offer to you today. Everything is so beautifully orchestrated, Beloved, through the blessed I AM of your being. We ask you to trust that more and more.
   
   You have been asking for ways to express your love, Beloved. We hear you, and certainly you are bringing that more and more into your daily life. We ask you to contemplate that the expression of love also includes action within the depths of your being, and not only in relationship to those that you perceive as others, other entities in incarnation upon the planet. Expression has many forms, Beloved. Expression of your love and your expanded understanding in Divine perspective is limitless also. We could say that the expression of your love is limitless is its expression. And so, Beloved, do not become too focused in expression in any one direction or in any dimension. Indeed, Beloved, your love and your growing sacred dedication is, indeed, expressing through your growing vibratory frequency and the resonance with which you are attracting deeper experiences, including this one. It is all connected, Beloved. It is all One; and the key to the deepest understanding of wisdom and Oneness, Beloved, is always more love.
   
   You are growing, Beloved, in your ability to hold love. The flower of your Enlightenment is, indeed, growing within you, and every petal is an expression of love. The light that you are, Beloved, is a profound expression of the increasing love you hold in your heart, and the love that you are allowing more and more for All Things, for all beings, exactly as they are. We ask you, Beloved, to expand in your love for yourself, exactly as you are.
   
   Contemplate the energy of love that you feel from your own I AM: the love that your I AM expresses in perfect peace. This love, Beloved, is absolutely pure. It is absolute love. It is pure and perfect love, within perfect trust, which then creates perfect peace. We ask you to contemplate, Beloved, how you express the perfection of God's love, exactly as you are, together with your Earth Self**, exactly as she is--exactly as you are together, in every moment ongoing. Know that for every separation and challenge you feel, Beloved, every one of them is perfect and a Divine gift that offers you the opportunity to go deeper in love, in holding love for all that you are, even while you are working deeply within yourself to align your actions and beliefs. The most important thing you can do in any Now, Beloved, is to love everything that you are, even before you take action to change that which you wish to be different. Love it all as you are, Beloved, as everything manifests within you, and you will find it easier to transform what you wish to align.
   
   Indeed, Beloved, allow your opening to this understanding within love of Self. We remind you to relax, Beloved, into the allowance of All That Is. Focus with the flow, allowing the flow. Even in the midst of deep emotion, focus on allowing. Expand in gratitude of that which you are experiencing and opening unto yourself.
   
   Yes, Beloved, use your breath, deeply. Breathe in more in Oneness with everything you are experiencing. With every revelation you bring to yourself, Beloved, breathe it in deeply. Take your awareness into every cell of your being and body. Indeed, Beloved, take your own love into every cell of your being and body, and welcome everything you find there. As you allow greater love within you, Beloved, allow yourself to feel also greater light, for every opening to love expands your light powerfully.
   
   Let this be sufficient for today, Beloved. We ask you deeply to contemplate what you have received and what you have allowed, what you have experienced within your expanded heart. Contemplate this, Beloved, and practice it, by bringing this love into your awareness again and again throughout your day. Indeed, Beloved, you may make a practice of expanding your love in every moment, and we remind you that this would include loving yourself, practicing love for yourself, even in every moment when you don't remember to practice love actively.
   
   There is nothing that you cannot include in your own profound love. We ask you to contemplate this deeply. Work with it. Find what it means to you to include everything in love, including everything within your own being. Focus on that now, Beloved. Focus on bringing your powerful love more and more infinitely into all that you are, and holding that love for everything that you are.
   
   We deeply anticipate, Beloved, your discoveries and your joy. Be in the joy of every revelation. Be in the celebration of who you are, in every moment. Celebrate everything you find, Beloved, even that which has appeared to you to be the deepest, darkest, most hidden aspects of yourself. Bring everything into the light of your love, Beloved. Hold nothing back. We could even say, Lighten up! And we will leave that for you to explore, for it holds great possibilities for you.
   
   Do your best to integrate greater love into every moment of your everyday experience today, Beloved, and know that we are with you in every moment of those experiences, sharing with you. We remind you that you can experience our sharing with you simply through your conscious intention, and the call of your heart.
   
   So Be It, Beloved. Be in great peace. Be in great joy. Be in the ecstasy of love expanding. So Be It.
   
   
   * "Separation"--or separated thoughts, beliefs and experiences--refers to experiences of fear, doubt, judgment, guilt or feelings of negativity of any kind that result from believing oneself to be separated from God and from All That Is, and therefore, feeling separated from and unable to access the unconditional love and embrace within which the Creator holds us in every moment. When Oneness is fully embraced in spiritual Mastery within one's being, all separation disappears, and so all fear, worry, resistance, victim-consciousness, loneliness, etc. dissolve and are replaced with love, trust and peace within.
   
   ** The Earth Self, also known as the separated aspect of Self or the Ego-self, is an aspect of Self within each of us which often expresses in separation, in doubt, fear, anger, judgment, victim-consciousness, etc. Many spiritual traditions suggest the suppression or even the annihilation of the Ego-Self, yet if we devalue, judge and suppress any part of ourselves, how then can we be whole? How is this a choice for love, for Oneness and Unity? In truth, everything is God. This aspect of our being is also a part of God, a part of our own Divinity, and it serves a profound Divine purpose within us of creating catalysts for learning the wisdom we have come to the Earth plane to gather for ourselves. Through our own loving embrace and understanding, the Earth Self is fully capable of rising into its inherent Divinity and embracing the principles of Oneness.
   
   Through unconditional love for and within Self, the Divine aspect and the Earth Self aspect may unite in Sacred Union within the Self and create the major initial step toward Enlightenment and Conscious Oneness with the Creator and All That Is. According to the teachings of the Ancients and the Ascended Masters, this Sacred Union within Self is the first true stage of Enlightenment and is a doorway into the return Home to the Creator and the Light Realms, and to even deeper stages of Oneness that represent quantum leaps of evolutionary advancement. This Union within Self is also the gateway into ongoing ecstasy beyond description and vastly expanded love leading ultimately to truly Cosmic consciousness.
7. May 7, 2009: The Breath as a Choice for Ecstasy; Love Begets Love; Soar with the Joy of Your Discoveries:
   
   (In the coming times), many will be serving humanity in the unleashing of their immense power of love, the immense power of resurrection, of transformational grace that is the miraculous gift of our Beloved Creator, together with your Earth Mother.
   
   We counsel you to continue using your breath, and to return to this discipline, Beloved, again and again and again. Indeed, it is a discipline, but in ecstatic contemplations of the Divine, consider thinking of these opportunities, Beloved, these choices that you may make ongoing throughout your day, as choices for ecstasy, choices for joy, choices for empowerment, and you will find that your discipline becomes joy and ecstasy and empowerment, simply because it is your truth. Your choices alone will reward you greatly, Beloved. We urge you powerfully, Beloved, to do this work now and ongoing so that you may establish these new patterns of behavior, these new patterns of choice within Oneness that will heal and align everything that still resides in separation within you.
   
   To the best of your ability, Beloved, continue to focus also on your deep core issues that you know exist. Go deeper with this, always; and in the midst of everything you discover, Beloved, through the love in your heart, you will find more love within you than you have ever imagined. Love begets love, Beloved. Love attracts love. Love recognizes love. Love becomes more love - and this is, indeed, the miracle of miracles that you may open into within your heart. We ask you to receive this truth now, Beloved.
   
   Indeed, love creates more of itself--and this is the very nature of God. Breathe deeply, Beloved, and receive this. We tell you, Beloved, this is the truth of your own nature as well. It is a key to healing the remaining separations within your beingness. Contemplate this now, ongoing throughout your day--and indeed, throughout the rest of eternity. Through your choices, you may create vastly more love. The more love you create, the more love will be created through you and through your love, to expand exponentially throughout all of Creation, with vast, vast, vast impact, indeed. Your own love, Beloved, is a force for powerful transformation, and that force is expressed through every choice you make for love, in every moment. Every breath you take in love is immensely powerful. We ask you to own this more and more, to remember it and to act from this truth. Allow yourself to birth love within you, again and again and again. The energy of love, Beloved, cascades out into all of the Universes, impacting all universal life force from every choice you make to reside within the beauty and the light of love, within the peace of love. Contemplate this deeply, ongoing, Beloved.
   
   Know that we love you immensely. Persevere, Beloved. We are with you in every breath, as indeed, are many, many beings who love you and support you in every step upon your pathway. (This love and support from the Light Realms exists for all of us, and is available freely when we open our hearts to ask for it and allow ourselves to receive it.)
   
   Allow your joy to buoy you, to uplift you, beyond the seriousness within which you may find yourself caught in drama. Indeed, your purpose and your destiny and every choice you make now, is powerful and profound and deeply impactful--(please understand that this is true for all who are awakening now)--but you are meant also, Beloved, to soar into the heavens with the joy of your discoveries, with the ecstasy of your choices, with the very light of your love. The gifts of your dawning awareness, Beloved, are meant to propel you into greater awareness, indeed, and greater commitment, but also into vastly expanded joy and ecstasy that your focused commitment to love will also create, for true focus on love generates limitless joy. We ask you always to allow that also. As you contemplate your impact, allow your joy, and celebrate your freedom which you are creating step by step in every choice to love.

On Loving the Self and Receiving

1. June 21, 2007: You are so much more than you can currently comprehend; Love the miraculous unfolding of you; You can give your Creator no greater gift than to receive who you are--the very essence of life renewed eternally through the eternal gifting of our Creator; The universal flow of existence in Oneness; Receive, remember and love:
   
   Beloved, you are so much more than you can currently comprehend. We encourage you to stretch the bounds of your imagination into the boundless - for that is truly who you are. You have heard these words before, but they bear repeating, especially as you enter into these times of greater acceleration that will assist you to open to deeper levels of truth, if you are willing to allow it and choose to work at that depth of commitment within your being. What do you choose, Beloved? We encourage you to be specific in your intentions, to use the power of your intent through your Mastery* to manifest what you want.
   
   Always trust where your I AM** leads you, Beloved, and love where you find yourself. Love who you discover yourself to be in every moment; love the miraculous unfolding of you. This is a miracle unlike any other, because you are a miracle, unique unto yourself and to all of Creation - and unique in the Creator's creating. There are many gifts He*** wishes to shower down upon you in honor of your uniqueness within His Creation. Can you open to allow this, to receive your Divine Inheritance in full measure of the gifting He desires?
   
   Open more, Beloved; open more deeply every day, every moment. Open more deeply to receive of who you are, in Oneness and love, with the Creator, with us and with All That Is. You can give your Creator no greater gift, you can serve all of Creation in no greater way than to allow this within yourself - and rejoice in your true receivership: receiving the very essence of life renewed eternally through the eternal gifting and giftedness of our Creator. This is who you are, however you may be expressing at any particular moment or in any particular dimension. Know this; trust this within yourself, and receive, Beloved. Truly this is the greatest gift you can give, for then you fill yourself to overflowing with the love of all Creation, and you may then gift that flow of radiant love to All That Is, in return. This is the universal flow of existence in Oneness.
   
   Remember, Beloved. We call you to open to this remembrance of truth within you. Receive, remember and love - love passionately, love powerfully, love delicately within the truth of your nature. We leave you now with these thoughts, these truths to contemplate. You are loved eternally.
   
   
   * The Ancients use the word "Mastery" to refer specifically to spiritual Mastery or Enlightenment, also known as Divinity Realized. This is the state of being in which one has Realized oneself as Divine, not simply in mental understanding but in absolute truth and knowingness within the totality of one's being. A Master therefore has moved beyond all separation and knows him- or herself to be eternally in Oneness with God the Creator and with All That Is. Being in complete Union and Oneness with Divinity, a Master expresses and lives from unconditional love at all times. Similarly, a Master has moved beyond all belief in limitation, and being one with the flow of God's infinite abundance, may create at will from the limitless, manifesting what we know as miracles.
   
   ** "Your I AM" may also be understood as the God-Self within, or what some call the "Higher" Self. However, the Ancients have offered the following clarification:
   
   

   We ask you to trust the I AM of your Being - what you may know as your "Higher Self"; but we will tell you also, Beloved, in truth, your I AM is exactly who you are, and so the concept of higher and lower Self is a concept in separation. We ask you to think of this Divine aspect of your being as simply your God-Self, without separating through any thought of comparison with where you are now.
   
   Your God-Self includes all that you are. It includes who you believe yourself to be and who you experience yourself to be, in this moment, exactly as you are. You are all that your I AM is, even though you do not yet experience that within yourself. We ask you to simply go into your heart, Beloved. Meditate there. Ask for truth from within your own being, in alignment with love, in alignment with the truth of God's love that is the foundation of Oneness within All That Is, and you will bring yourself into more experience of your own God-Self.    ***The Ancients refer to the Creator, to Source in the masculine form for convenience and ease of communication, but they understand without question that God is a fully integrated Being, encompassing completely both masculine and feminine aspects of being. There is, of course, no separation within God, and so this Earth plane expression within our limited language that is steeped in our cultural belief in duality should not be interpreted to indicate any separation between gender expressions within the Divine Presence. Both masculine and feminine expressions within all of Creation are equally present, equally valued, equally loved and equally Divine.
2. February 1, 2009: We are always with you; Love everything you are - there is nothing more important; Creating resistances; Talking with the Earth Self:
   
   Our truth, Beloved, unto eternity, is that we love you immensely. We want you to know, Beloved, and to contemplate that we have always been with you. Our truth is that we have never been separate from you, even though your experiences, when we left the Earth plane, led you to believe that we were no longer with you.
   
   This is vastly important for you to understand and embrace. As you are beginning to understand now, Beloved, we are always with you. We are always present, and, of course, we understand that you know that this does not refer to our current enhanced presence within the realms that surround your world. Even if we had travelled to the farthest Universe, Beloved, we are with you always, and shall ever be so; and it is only the fear and the doubt within your own being that have convinced you in the past that this was not the truth. You have been living in falsehood and illusion, Beloved, no matter how real it has seemed to you. No matter that the truth may have seemed to be absolutely self-evident to your senses, to your beliefs, in truth, it has all been illusion. We are never separate from you; the Creator is never separate from you. We love and support you endlessly.
   
   We ask you to feel this, Beloved. Allow yourself to open more into the limitlessness of our embrace of all that you are. Open your crown, Beloved. Open your 3rd Eye. Open your heart. Open all the chakras in absolute open embrace of this truth, and allow yourself to feel it. Feel the infiniteness, Beloved, unto eternity, of our deepest heart's embrace of all that you are. (pause) Breathe this in, Beloved, and receive. (pause, then I was distracted after a few minutes.)
   
   Beloved One, love everything you are. Love your Earth Self* exactly as she is. Love the whole of you exactly as you are. There is nothing we could tell you, Beloved, that it is more important for your pathway. Love yourself. Love the whole of you, exactly as you are--and yes, as you are includes all of your intentions, your goals, your dreams, and it includes also that which you need to work on, that which you are bringing to yourself through your experiences, Beloved--and this is beautiful, always. Every step you take, Beloved, is beautiful, always.
   
   Remember, when you are trusting your I AM--as you said you would do when you made your commitment to embody here--that trust includes everything that your Earth Self does and feels and is, in this moment. Contemplate that, Beloved. Contemplate that level of trust. Your I AM has created, together with your Earth Self and through your Earth Self, exactly that which you need to experience, heal, align and bring into wisdom. Your Earth Self is, therefore, an instrument of your very purpose in incarnation; an instrument of the Divine.
   
   You have committed to loving your Earth Self unconditionally, Beloved, so we ask you to explore in these moments, an expanded allowance of unconditional love. Allow this unconditional love to expand into every single moment of your experience, including everything you experience with your Earth Self. We urge you to go deeper. Do not be content with a superficial understanding. Go into the depths of understanding all that is within yourself as the light of God; and as you come to understand and fully embrace your Earth Self as the light of God, Beloved, in every moment, no matter what, then truly, you will understand the light of God more fully in every other being as well.
   
   These are awesome opportunities for you, Beloved. Do not discount the seeming smallness of any experience. We urge you, Beloved, to live every moment as the profound opportunity for wisdom that it is. Nothing is by chance now, Beloved.
   
   We ask you to contemplate, Beloved, how you create resistances to attempting that which you are afraid you cannot do. We ask you to move more deeply within this experience, Beloved. Choose to transform it into that which you have triumphed within and through, on your pathway into Enlightenment. Bring yourself more into Oneness in every Now moment, Beloved, through the love that already exists in your heart. Teach your Earth Self, again and again, how much you love her, and how her choices are in fact, also Divine. Teach her of love, Beloved. Demonstrate to her your absolute and complete, unconditional love. You could even consider her, Beloved, your first student, and in a sense she is, although she is much more than that, as you know. Of course, we urge you to remember that the concept of student, in Oneness, always involves absolute equality and honor, and love for the Divinity that every student is already, as well as the Divinity of their sovereign choice to be where they are on their pathway. This is your sovereign choice as well, Beloved, that you have made together with your Earth Self.
   
   You have much to contemplate, Beloved. Know that we love you immensely, always and forever, exactly as you are. Bring that love, Beloved, into your own heart for all that you are, through the uniqueness of your own expression in Divinity, yet hold to that infinity of love in every circumstance, and you will find yourself moving forward rapidly toward that which you desire.
   
   Truly, Beloved, we love you. Find the peace that is eternal within you. Be outrageous, Beloved, to trust absolutely in your I AM, which is your opportunity, Beloved, to trust also the Creator that you love so much. Contemplate this as well, Beloved.
   
   Be in your joy. Share with us as you will. Blessings of the most profound love unto you. So Be It.
