This is a channeling that the Ancients gave in a personal session. Although the subject matter stems from a personal question, I felt that there was much of general value, both for seekers who are relatively new to their pathway as this woman is, and for those who have more experience on their conscious journeys. The guidance that the Ancients share is relevant for everyone, really, especially because virtually all of us wish to be of service to others, have given to others at the expense of our own welfare and have judged ourselves, as the Ancients discuss here.
The Ancients:
Beloved ........., we greet you this morning in love that rises freely into our hearts, in blessing of all that you are. We ask you to know, Beloved, that you are beautiful in our eyes, for we see the truth in your heart that you wish to assist others, that you wish to be sincerely of service to others and that this has been a theme in your life for many years. You have, indeed, devoted yourself to the welfare of others, often, Beloved, at the expense of your own, so we honor, indeed, the prompting within your heart to act from love, to act from compassion, and the care and concern that you have gifted to others through the beauty of your own being, even when you have not perceived it as such.
We ask you, Beloved, to expand in your heart to see yourself through our eyes for a few moments, if you will, for we will tell you, Beloved, as is no surprise to you, that together with your devotion to service to others, especially through the medical field as you have been involved with for so long, you also have a tendency to judge yourself, and to find yourself wanting. This is, of course, Beloved, a common tendency within humanity, but we ask you to know, as a seeker who is beginning to open to more conscious awareness of your spiritual pathway, that you are feeling a calling for more understanding. You are calling for an understanding of how to love more deeply. We will tell you, Beloved, that this love you wish deeply in your heart to gift to others through your own being, must be given to yourself first and foremost, indeed, before you may truly give it, in freedom and in power, to the others you wish to assist.
It is for this reason, Beloved, that we call your attention to your self-judgment, and indeed, we bring this to your attention with the understanding that we wish you not to judge yourself further, and thus to compound the issue within you by holding any judgment in the Now moment for what we are pointing out as judgment you have held in your past. Judgment is simply a form of separation, Beloved. As you believe yourself to be separated from God, from our Beloved Creator, and from all of the Enlightened beings and Angelic Presences who hold presence with you, who love and support you, and in truth are your support team in your chosen incarnation on the Earth plane, it is vastly important for you to feel the love that we all feel, for you and for all of humanity, and to know that there is no separation, even though your experiences on the Earth plane have led you to believe that this (separation) is truth. To be clear, your experiences have led you to believe that you are separate, and you have felt that separation within you as truth.
We tell you now, Beloved, this separation that you have perceived, no matter how real it may have felt over many, many lifetimes, is not the truth of your being. It never has been the truth, nor shall it ever be the truth; and the calling in your heart that has begun to bring more light into your being is a calling unto the return to truth, a return to love, and an allowance within your being, Beloved, of receiving love from us, from your Creator, and indeed, from any Enlightened Being that you feel called upon to commune with in energetic presence, long before you have any opening or awareness of communion through words or through your visionary capacity, through your other spiritual gifts that it is your destiny to open within yourself.
We will tell you, Beloved, you are so deeply loved. There is more love held for you on this side of what you understand as the veil of illusion than you can imagine. There is so much love held for you in the Light Realms and in the heart of our Creator that it is truly beyond your conscious understanding at this time, and yet you may open to more understanding, to more receivership. Receive, Beloved, an experience of the love that we all hold for you. We ask you to take a few moments, in this Now, as you are receiving this channeling, to be quiet within, to focus within your heart center, Beloved--what you may know as your heart chakra--and to simply allow yourself to open, to relax, to release the judgment you have felt about not being good enough.
No matter how subtly you have felt this, Beloved, this lives within your heart. It may also take other forms of expression within your experience, but as you contemplate more and more deeply, Beloved, you will find that this issue lives deeply within you, and contributes deeply, Beloved, to the questioning and lack of confidence you feel within your being. We ask you to take a few moments with us, Beloved, to simply allow love to penetrate more deeply into your heart and soul than you have allowed before. Allow yourself to open, Beloved, to feel our love as a radiant light that gently may penetrate in illumination of all that which you have judged yourself for. (pause)
We ask you to know, Beloved, to trust and to believe, and indeed, to feel in this moment also, the love that is held for you within the heart of our Creator. (pause) Feel His* love for you, as you feel ours; and know that this love that exists for you in every moment, Beloved, is absolutely unconditional, all-inclusive, and all-embracing. This love that exists for you, Beloved, and indeed, for everyone, includes everything you have ever known yourself to be; every choice you have ever made; every experience you have ever created for yourself, no matter how much judgment, criticism, self-blame, self-condemnation or even deep shame or guilt has been attached to this experience within your heart and soul. This includes any experience, Beloved--any and every experience — you have ever created in this lifetime and in all previous lifetimes within your cycles of incarnation.
As you move forward on your pathway, Beloved, in opening more to the callings that you have felt, in whatever way you feel drawn to explore your spiritual pathway, know that every experience has been purposeful. Even though you may not understand yet what that purpose is, we ask you to trust in this grand truth that you will find, ultimately, is central to your return Home into Oneness, for in finding purpose, Beloved, we will tell you, you find God; and that Divine purpose for every experience has lived within you through every single thing you have brought into your life, even when it may have seemed that these experiences have come to you from the outside; even when it has seemed that you have been a victim of circumstances.
We tell you, Beloved, the experience of feeling yourself a victim is also illusion, and is also a function of feeling yourself separated from our Creator and, indeed, from the Divinity of your own being. In truth, Beloved, you are a grand and glorious, Divine being, vast in consciousness, vast in experience, on many levels and dimensions of experience. You are a limitless being. We ask you to stretch your consciousness, your conscious understanding, to believe that this is true. At this stage on your pathway, Beloved, we will ask you to stretch enough to believe that this might be possible. We understand that you are not ready to embrace the totality of this truth within you, but we ask you to expand into contemplation of possibilities, Beloved. We ask you to expand "beyond the box," so to speak, that holds the limited beliefs that humanity in mass consciousness has chosen to believe for eons of time, for there is no freedom in these limited beliefs--and we will tell you, Beloved, neither is there truth.
Even though these beliefs have been so pervasive within the experience of separation upon this Earth plane that you believe them absolutely within your being, we ask you to be bold in beginning to question the calling that you have been feeling in your heart that there must be something more than what has appeared as truth in your past. You are feeling this calling to search within your soul. You are feeling the calling to explore other explanations for that which you are called to question within your heart. We will tell you, Beloved, any explorations you feel yourself drawn to explore that will open your heart to more love and to the possibility of your own Divinity--these are most beautiful for you.
Know that we honor all pathways to God. We honor your choices. Ultimately, Beloved, no matter what you choose to do, even if you should choose to remain within the box that mass consciousness has chosen to believe as their realm of possibilities, we will tell you also, Beloved, it is an absolute truth within the laws of Oneness that every choice is honored. You are a sovereign being. You are a sovereign, Divine being creating your own pathway Home, and as such, we honor every choice you make, whether that choice leads you into greater opening and greater light, greater love experienced within yourself and allowed to be shared with others, or whether those choices lead you to retreat into that which has been comfortable in terms of your familiar beliefs. There is never any judgment for you, at any stage of your development, for any choice you make, in any aspect of your life. God's love is truly unconditional, all-inclusive of the totality of that which you are.
And so we ask you, Beloved, to love yourself that way. Love yourself as God loves you, with the most pure and expansive and abiding love that is absolutely and utterly devoid of judgment, and includes only the most tender embrace of all that you are. We ask you to spend time, Beloved, in contemplation, in meditation, allowing yourself to open your heart to feel this love that outpours from the heart of God, to and for you, and in truth, Beloved, even as who you are, in every moment of your existence, now and forevermore. We ask you to receive more and more deeply of this love that exists for you and for all of Creation, indeed, for we will tell you, Beloved, that receiving this love unto your own heart, in truth and freedom, is vastly important for the pathway you have chosen of conscious service, for you cannot give what you have not received; and so as you desire so deeply to give more freely of your own gifts, remember the importance, Beloved, of receiving love unto yourself, so that you will have more to give.
As for your question regarding Mary, Beloved, she is, indeed, a most powerful and loving guide who has been with you always upon your pathway, Beloved, even when you have not consciously been aware of her presence. Indeed, you work with Mary and deeply with the Angelic Kingdom, who assists her work with so much love and wisdom, with so much depth of heart. We will allow Mary to speak for herself, for she desires to commune with you directly.
We will also say, Beloved, that you are on a most beautiful pathway of service already. You have been deeply drawn into what you are doing. We will tell you that there is more that shall expand upon your pathway in your understanding of service, but for now, it is appropriate to continue allowing the unfoldment of your current choices. We ask you to trust the I AM of your Being — what you may know as your "Higher Self"; but we will tell you also, Beloved, in truth, your I AM is exactly who you are, and so the concept of higher and lower Self is a concept in separation. We ask you to think of this Divine aspect of your being as simply your God-Self, without separating with any thought of comparison with where you are now.
Your God-Self includes all that you are. It includes who you believe yourself to be and who you experience yourself to be, in this moment, exactly as you are. You are all that your I AM is, even though you do not yet experience that within yourself. We ask you to simply go into your heart, Beloved. Meditate there. Ask for truth from within your own being, in alignment with love, in alignment with the truth of God's love that is the foundation of Oneness within All That Is, and you will bring yourself into more experience of your own God-Self. You may address this part of yourself. Ask for what you want. Ask any of us, Beloved, in the Light Realms, for indeed, we will tell you, you have a team of Enlightened Beings who work with you and support you, who love you, who cherish all that you are, and are available to you simply for your deep and sincere asking within your heart. You will find, Beloved, it is all about your heart.
Know that you are immensely beautiful. You are already a beautiful light, Beloved. You carry much light within you. We ask you to open to the concept, Beloved, of imagining those of us who love you in the Light Realms to be the mirrors of that which you are already. Allow yourself to imagine, Beloved, as best you can, that the light you perceive within those of us who are assisting from the other side, exists also within you. We ask you to expand in your allowance of this, day by day, and to always hold the greatest love for yourself, for that, indeed, is the truest mirror of the love that is held for you within all of us here, including our Beloved Creator.
We will let this be sufficient for now, from our sharing with you. We thank you deeply for your openness to what we have shared. Your opening heart is, indeed, beautiful as well, Beloved, and we encourage any direction that you feel drawn, within the truth of your heart, for this is your own I AM leading you into the experiences you need, the wisdom that you may gain from those experiences.
We thank you and we bless you, Beloved. There is so much love held for you here. We ask you to open and receive, again and again, Beloved, allowing yourself to expand day by day in what you are able to receive, and indeed, to give to yourself.

*The Ancients refer to the Creator, to Source in the masculine form for convenience and ease of communication, but they understand without question that God is a fully integrated Being, encompassing completely both masculine and feminine aspects of being. There is, of course, no separation within God, and so this Earth plane expression within our limited language that is steeped in our cultural belief in duality should not be interpreted to indicate any separation between gender expressions within the Divine Presence. Both masculine and feminine expressions within all of Creation are equally present, equally valued, equally loved and equally Divine.
