I give heartfelt thanks to P'taah through Jani King* for the original seed form of this prayer (Ptaah's "Morning Song"), beautiful and moving in its simplicity and its cadences. I incorporated the original prayer into my meditations every day for several years, and over time, it has germinated profound contemplation within me and assisted me to deepen and expand my own thoughts as my awareness has grown. Several lines from the original prayer have been incorporated here nearly verbatim; others were adapted and expanded upon.

Blessings of Life Itself
From the God-essence of my being,
from the totality of all that I AM,
from the God I AM within me,
I give profound thanks for all that is,
for All That Is, exactly as it is.
I give thanks for the miracle of life that I AM,
the miracle of life everywhere around me,
and the miracle of life that exists
in infinite and ever-expanding forms and dimensions
far beyond what I can currently perceive
with my physical senses
and even with my spiritual awareness.
I give thanks for all that I have, all that I AM,
all of the lifetimes I have ever lived and experienced
upon this magnificent and beloved planet.
The miracle and mystery of life itself
is an immeasurable gift and blessing freely given
by our bountiful and all-embracing Divine Source.
I honor the truth that all life, in all forms, is sacred,
as unique and cherished embodiments and expressions
of the Creator's love.

Blessings of Love
I give thanks for the love that I AM
and the love I see and feel everywhere;
and I ask for continued assistance from the Light Realms
in recognizing, remembering and embodying the knowingness
that all things are Holy;
that everything is Divine;
that every thing is love incarnate;
that all things are of God;
that all things are equally loved within the heart of the Creator;
--and that I AM All Things.
I give thanks that because all things are of God,
I am surrounded, supported, enfolded and embraced
in every moment everywhere, by God:
by the physicalized expression of God's love--
in every atom in this universe and beyond,
in every being in existence--
as well as by the energetic resonance and light frequency energy
of that love which is everywhere present, unto infinity.
I AM All Things; I AM the love of God in All Things.
It is my heart's deepest desire to express that love
in full conscious awareness, in Christed awakening,
and in the words of one of my beloved teachers,
to "BE LOVE, in every word, in every thought,
in every deed, in every prayer" —

Blessings of Abundance
I give thanks for the joyous abundance
that I embrace within my beingness
and for the abundance surrounding me, in all its forms.
I give thanks for the Divine flow of God's infinite abundance
that is the very livingness at the core of All That Is.
I give thanks for the riches and richness of my life.
I give thanks for the river of enrichment that streams from, to and through me,
including money and the ability to pay all my bills with joy and with ease.
I give thanks for the free flow of abundance and resources
that enables me to manifest my dreams and visions,
in service to God and in fulfillment
of my purpose, truth and destiny,
as I now perceive it.
I AM the abundance that flows without ceasing,
that supplies every need, that soothes every heart.
I give thanks for my miraculous body,
the perfect and sacred vessel of my God-essence,
my chosen temple for this incarnation,
this small part of my eternal journey.
I give thanks for radiant health and the vibrant aliveness of my being.
I give thanks for my beautiful, comfortable home
and the natural beauty that surrounds me.
I give thanks for my loving and loyal fur companions
who open my heart, remind me to laugh
and teach me about the gentle simplicity of love.
I give thanks for the endless exciting possibilities
and for all adventures into the limitless unknown.
I give thanks for the opportunities to venture into the unknown,
the vast creative potential of all existence,
with absolute faith and trust.
I AM the limitlessness of all Creation.
I give thanks for the beauty and the harmony,
the peace and the tranquility that pervade all life
in its deepest expression of truth.
I give thanks for laughter and for play;
for passion and creativity;
for the sharing of sex and loving touch;
for music, for song, for the celebrations of life.
I give thanks for heart sharing and heart connections
with partners, with family, with friends, with community--
and with the wider galactic and intergalactic communities
in which we participate and with whom
we will soon interact more openly and completely.
I give thanks for the great Beings of Light and all Enlightened races
from this Universe and beyond, from all dimensions,
who have lovingly supported our evolution
and are assisting us still
to join the galactic community with spiritual maturity,
a commitment to the practice of peace,
and the wisdom to honor diversity in all its forms
as an expression of the Creator's limitlessness
and all-embracing love.

Blessings of Homecoming
I give thanks for the mysteries, the magic and the miracles that abound
when we begin to align our hearts with the Divine in all things.
I give thanks for the wonder of all that surpasses our expectations,
for the joy so abundantly available to us, if we choose and allow it,
and for the ecstasy that transcends our wildest dreams
when we experience, even for a few moments,
Union with Divine Spirit and all of Creation.
I am deeply moved by the promise of Homecoming —
returning to Oneness with our Creator and all of Creation--
and I give profound thanks that this is our destiny,
for each member of humanity--every one of us;
and I give thanks that we need not leave the planet
nor our embodiments to achieve this.
We all have the glorious potential
to reunite Matter and Spirit, the Earth Self and the Divine Self
within each of us through the power of unconditional love;
to recognize these two aspects of ourselves
as Divine complements of one another
in harmony with All That Is;
to honor the purposefulness of each aspect of ourselves;
to unify all perceived separation within ourselves
into wholeness; and to actualize this Divine Union
while still in our physical bodies.
This is the profound possibility
of Christed awakening, of Enlightened all-inclusive love
available to us all, a gift beyond measure
for which I am grateful beyond words.

Blessings of Earth Mother
I give thanks to beloved Earth Mother for her vast and indescribable beauty,
for her loving tolerance and ceaseless embrace
of all of humanity upon her body for all these eons,
and for the immense love with which she has co-created
this physical plane existence
with all of humanity collectively
and with me personally.
I honor her magnificent sacred beingness and grand maternal embrace.
I honor her choice now for Ascension,
for profound evolutionary advancement
in partnership with awakening humanity,
and I celebrate all acceleration and change
upon her body, within her and surrounding her
as she moves into the next marvelous phase
of her own profound evolutionary journey
into the next quantum level of Planetary Enlightenment.
I give thanks for the opportunity to walk in beauty upon the Earth,
to walk in harmony, to walk in peace with her,
and to bless her with the gift of my trust and my love
even as she goes through her necessary changes,
as she has blessed me through all of my many purposeful lifetimes
on this wondrous, heart-centered planet.
I give thanks for the Crystal Beings, the stone nation
existing in Divine partnership with Earth Mother.
I give thanks for the conscious crystal entities
who have held higher vibrational energies and secrets of power
in trust for humanity on this planet for eons as well,
and who are now opening to share their secrets
as humanity evolves and makes continuing choices
toward evolution in Oneness and peace.
Far beyond their astonishing beauty and powerful healing energies,
the crystals have much to teach us, and I am deeply grateful.

Blessings of the Light Realms, the Masters and the Teachers
I give thanks to all the Angels, Guides and Masters
who work with and through me.
I give thanks to the entire Angelic Host and all in the Light Realms
for their enduring, loving support and their immeasurable patience with us
as we have struggled for so long with all the challenges
of Earth plane existence in perceived duality
during our individual and joint journey into infinite love,
into the return to the embrace of Oneness with the Creator,
with our family in the Light Realms and with All That Is.
I am deeply grateful that many of us are now so close
to transmuting duality into Oneness;
to creating our own glorious and long-awaited Homecoming
and return to our eternal, all-embracing Creator.
I give special thanks to all of my many teachers
in all their forms, for their generous gifts
of wisdom and inspiration and guidance beyond measure:
for embodying the energy of Divine Love that first drew my attention
and for being the catalyst
to my first ecstatic awakening experience;
for mirroring to me and helping me understand
loving kindness and compassion for all beings;
for all the classes, workshops and personal guidance that have so assisted me
and helped accelerate my progress along my spiritual pathway
toward Mastery and Enlightenment.
I experience such joy and gratitude as I work with the concepts
and opportunities presented by my teachers
to open all of my energy centers
and embrace the new magnetic energies gifted to the planet;
to expand my heart and my capacity to love —
to love All That Is,
including and especially my Self;
and to own all that happens in my life as my own creation.
I joyfully release all judgment, including of myself,
and to the best of my ability, I consciously embrace
loving allowance for every experience that any being may choose.
I choose to receive all blessings of our Creator,
and to know myself to be worthy of such blessings
simply by virtue of my existence on the planet.
I choose to embody Christed awareness more consciously;
to move beyond all that I have ever conceived as possible
into the limitlessness that is our Divine heritage;
to remember the truth of who I AM,
in Oneness and equality with all of Creation;
and to reveal to myself my ever-unfolding purpose, truth and destiny
so that I may then fulfill these sacred choices
in accordance with Divine will.
Knowing myself as God, I embrace the truth that Divine will
for my personal path is expressed through the God I AM within
as my own heart's deepest desires and callings.
I give thanks to all my teachers who, with great compassion and love
and each in their own unique way,
have modeled how to teach seekers like myself to love ourselves,
to seek our answers and our empowerment within,
and ultimately to release dependence on anyone else's truth
and guidance but our own.
I give thanks for the privilege of serving in many ways
and sharing the gift that I AM
while honoring that each one of us is equally a gift;
and I give thanks for the great honor
of having opportunities now to assist others
who are also seeking their deepest heart's desire
to awaken to the greater truth of their being
and to realize their Mastery on this physical plane--
to assist them as I have been assisted
by my teachers before me.

Blessings of the Divinity Within
I give thanks for the opportunities for wisdom
that my I AM, my God-essence, lovingly provides for me
in every experience, in every day, in every Now moment.
I feel deep and heartfelt gratitude for every insight and understanding
that I allow myself to perceive and to embrace and to become,
for every healing of separated beliefs and patterns
that allows me to move closer to Oneness, for every release
of imprints within my soul that have held me in habits and patterns
that are no longer the truth of my being.
With great joy I reclaim my new-found identity, ever-evolving,
as sovereign and magnificent Creator God,
One with the awesome power of love.
I give thanks for the miracles of healing that are possible
on all levels of being, with faith and trust in the Divinity within
in harmony with our all-loving Creator;
the miracles of healing we magnetize to ourselves
when we own that we have co-created every experience in physical existence
for the wisdom we gain when we align those experiences into Oneness,
when we align through the choice to love ourselves
and to embrace all that occurs in our lives as happening for us,
no matter what the external appearances and challenges may be.
I give thanks to my Earth Self for her loyal and loving efforts
to assist and protect me through all of my lifetimes
in physical plane experience, and I embrace her in great love.
I recognize that there can be no return to Oneness
without first embracing and including
this inseparable and vital aspect of myself,
without whom I could not gain the wisdom
that has always been the underlying purpose
for my chosen incarnation upon this blessed planet..
She is also who I AM, a unique expression of Divinity within me.
I honor all that she is, as she is,
and I ask her to come with me and move together
into the Divine Union that is our long-awaited mutual goal.
I AM the wholeness of Self embraced and unified
in Divine truth and love.
I give thanks for the freedom that is our Divine birthright,
the freedom I am learning to trust
to be who I AM, to express the truth of who I AM,
in all my magnificence, beauty, radiant light,
love and compassion, and also
in absolute equality with all things
and in harmony with the will of God.
As I learn to honor the beauty of my own being,
I deepen in my ability to appreciate and honor
the beauty in all other beings as well, in unconditional love
and embrace of the magnificent diversity of God's Creation
represented by each and every unique being,
no matter what stage of spiritual development
they may be experiencing.
I embrace the power and the glory that I AM,
expressing to the best of my ability
in Oneness, in alignment and joyful service
to the Divine Source of All.
I give thanks for all the activities which bring me joy,
because that which I love to do is a spiritual signpost
beckoning me toward my Divine purpose and Destiny,
the expression of my unique gifts and talents.
I celebrate the blessed uniqueness of every being
within the Oneness of Creation,
each of us a gift in our individual expression of our true selves,
each of us a joy to our Creator exactly as we are,
and especially when we express
the absolute truth of our particular blessed beingness.

Blessings of the Light and the Darkness
I give profound thanks for the light that illumines my life
and brings me joy beyond expression,
for the light of love that pervades the entirety of Creation;
and I give thanks also for the darkness
that is the potential of all Creation awaiting Enlightenment.
I celebrate the unfolding innate capacity
within me to bring both the light and the darkness into Oneness
in the merging of opposite polarities
through wisdom, understanding and profound love.
I give thanks for the growing understanding
that my fears hold the key to my greatest healings
as I learn to mine the treasures from my own darkness.
I give thanks for the awareness that darkness
is not to be feared or rejected, but rather to be faced
and embraced as another expression of the Divine,
the opposite polarity of light that exists ultimately in wholeness.
Darkness gives us the great gift of contrast and awaits our choice
to provide illumination and understanding
through the light of love and allowance
and unconditional acceptance within ourselves.

Blessings of Free Will and Choice
I give thanks that we live on a planet of free will experience
and choice, the gracious gift of our Creator,
which provides us the opportunity to choose to receive more completely
all the blessings showered upon us by Spirit -
or to choose to continue in separated thoughts and beliefs,
until our Divinity within provides us yet another opportunity
through our own evolution to understand and embrace the profound gift
that our physical plane existence is and has always been.
I give thanks for my personal will, a Divine gift
and my best tool of creation and miracles
when aligned with inner truth
and activated through inner focus and intent.
I give thanks that the foundational energy of this planet --
the very genesis of Her being and everything
on her planetary body-- is love,
and that our free will and intent allows each of us
to choose the path of Mastery, the Christed path,
the path of unconditional love and acceptance of all things,
if that is our heart's desire and courageous choice.
I choose to embrace every moment of this sacred life
as the Master of love and light that I AM,
and in commitment to the further awakening
of Christed consciousness in myself and in all of humanity.
Regardless of what I choose for myself,
I honor and accept all other choices that all beings are free to make
in the perfection of their own spiritual pathways.
Every path is equally valid, equally blessed;
every path leads eventually to God —
and Infinite Love has infinite patience.
In reverence for the sacredness of all life,
I give thanks for the understanding that harmlessness
is an expression of great love for all things,
and I know that the commitment to harmlessness
is meant to apply to myself as well.
Choosing harmlessness as a way of being in the world
is a vital key to peace on the planet
and to each soul's eventual return Home.

The Calling of Our Creator
I give thanks for meditation and all other paths of inner focus
that lead to the stillness within, the center core of our beings
that offers the transcendent gift
of realizing Oneness with our Creator.
I give thanks that I am learning to listen within
to the depths of my being
and that I have heard the calling of my Creator
and of the Light Realms, a profound summoning
deep within my being to awaken,
to discover the truth of who I AM,
to open to the vast capabilities that exist within me
--and within everyone —
to open to the memories of that which I AM already,
and to reestablish a personal connectedness with Spirit,
with God, with All That Is.
Many are answering a similar calling,
and this is a blessing beyond measure
that will transform our Earth, our galaxy,
our universe, and beyond.
